Elizabeth began her career on the show floor with Giltspur Expo Services in Chicago, Illinois. There her ethic for hard work developed into an undeniable passion for the trade show industry and from then on, exhibits were not just a 9 to 5 job. Continuing to expand her career within the industry, Elizabeth signed on with Mayflower VanLines in Dallas before her final stop as CEO and Founder of Smalley Exhibits. She frontlines the day-to-day operations in office, ensuring the esteem of her company's values are displayed daily in every facet of the business.
Jack brings 30 years industry experience as the Director of Operations for Smalley Exhibits and has been at Smalley Exhibits from the day one. He oversees all back of the house operations from warehousing to production teams making sure every project is a success from start to finish. Jack has worked for Derse, Heritage and Freeman to name a few. In addition to being master carpenter and millwright, he is also a skilled I&D leadman.
Joshua grew up in the exhibit industry and knows his way around every aspect of the production process. Currently responsible for marketing and consumer sales, Joshua prides himself in staying up to date on the latest trends and client needs.

New to the team but not the industry, Judson joins us with over 20 years in the industry and project management,
Matthew grew up in the exhibit industry and knows his way around every aspect of the warehouse. His experience ranges from installation and dismantle on the show floor to the Lead CNC machinist in the shop. Matthew takes pride in the family business and his lead craftsmanship showcases his exceptional attention to detail in every project.
Randy worked the last 40 years in tradeshows and events fine-tuning his craft. The knowledge and expertise delivered to all areas of the business are without a doubt due to his love and passion for exhibits. The network Randy continues to build is a testament to dedication on and off the show floor; he truly does know everyone in the industry.
