Our Mission is to increase the productivity of our members, develop and market signatory contractors, and promote continued labor-management cooperation and education... Changing markets, strong competition, cost pressures, and market-related legislation affect labor and management equally. LiUNA has partnered with its signatory contractors to create an entire organization dedicated to uniting labor and management as partners in the pursuit of common goals. We work to expand market share and represent labor and management's joint legislative and regulatory interests at the state and local level.
