- Senior Project Manager Landscape / Associate
Aista brings over a decade of experience in landscape architecture for single-family residences and multifamily developments. Aista is versed in both program development and the complex coordination involved in large multi-disciplinary projects. In her role as Senior Project Manager, Aista provides day-to-day management of residential and commercial projects, including design lead and coordination of design implementation and documentation. Aista's projects include the Mandeville Canyon and Hollywood Canyon residences, and multifamily projects Argyle House, Fifteen Fifty, and Eagle + West. Aista is also involved in the Cross Creek Ranch Development.
Prior to joining Marmol Radziner in 2015, Aista served as Associate Director at Enea Garden Design in Miami, where she worked on projects throughout the United States, Latin America, and Asia.
Aista holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, San Diego.

Amy works to integrate landscape architecture with architecture. Amy oversees the firm's landscape department to ensure that the landscape architecture for every project complements, activates, and strengthens the architectural design.
Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2013, Amy has worked on a wide range of the firm's offerings, with an emphasis on single-family residences, large-scale mixed-used developments, and historic restoration projects in the Southern California region. These projects include the Summitridge residence in Beverly Hills, the Mandeville Canyon residence in Los Angeles, and the Cross Creek Ranch Development in Malibu. Award-winning historic restoration projects include the Kronish House in Beverly Hills, the Harvey House in Palm Springs, and the Palm Springs Art Museum Architecture and Design Center.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. Amy is a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of California and Member of the American Society of Landscape Architects.

Andrew manages all phases of design, from initial concept and programing, to construction documentation, and construction administration. As Design Director, Andrew is involved in the design phases for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Andrew's projects include large-scale projects such as Beaudry, Four Seasons Resort, and the Cross Creek Ranch Development; residences in Malibu, Venice, Powder Mountain, Cabo San Lucas; and high-end offices in New York City.
Andrew holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Andy has over 16 years of experience in commercial and institutional projects. Prior to joining Marmol Radziner, Andy was an associate at Gehry Partners. At Marmol Radziner he has served as Project Manager for several of the firm's larger projects and enjoys applying the firm's attention to detail to the larger scale. Andy has considerable experience with the rehabilitation of modern historic architecture and managed the rehabilitation efforts of Minori Yamasaki's Century Plaza Hotel in Century City. Andy is currently leading the efforts for the Malibu Ranch Development and the Studio City Mixed-Use Development.
Andy is a licensed Architect in the State of California.
Andy holds a Master of Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Design from Arizona State University.

Ashley brings experience managing teams on a variety of architecture and interior projects, including residential, commercial and hospitality, from design concept to construction completion. Ashley's projects include multifamily projects Argyle House, Fifteen Fifty, and Eagle + West; residential projects such as the Chelsea Apartment and a home in Kula on the island of Maui; and the Crawford offices.
Prior to joining Marmol Radziner in 2014, Ashley worked in Shanghai at A00 Architecture as a Design Director.
Ashley received a Bachelor of Art in Interior Design from San Diego State University.
Bernardo is an experienced Designer and Project Manager who has worked on a variety of residential project types in Los Angeles, Santa Cruz, and Kauai. In his role as Project Manager, Bernardo is involved on all phases of design and takes projects from concept through completion. Bernardo provides guidance on drawing communication, balances design goals with project constraints, and coordinates with various project consultants.
Bernardo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Bernardo enjoys keeping up with art, film, and the Kardashians.

Brian manages several single-family residences at any given time. Some of his recent projects can be found in the Venice Coastal Zone, Malibu, Pacific Palisades and North Shore of Kauai. Although Brian has spent most of his time in our architectural staff, Brian also worked as part of the construction staff as a Finish Carpenter, Framer, Site Superintendent, and Construction Project Manager. Brian now leads a team of designers as a Studio Director.

Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2006, Chris has played a key role in a number of residential projects. Chris brings strong skills in schematic design, design development, and construction administration to each project. Chris' projects include multiple homes in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, as well as residences in Montecito and Cape Cod.
In addition to his role as Senior Project Manager, Chris serves as the BIM Manager. Chris focuses on BIM standards, development, and implementation while providing quality control and adherence to office standards. Chris specializes in developing documentation and workflow process standards while providing general computer support to architectural and IT staff.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati and a Master of Architecture from the University of California Los Angeles.

Chris has been with Marmol Radziner since 1992. Beginning with Chris' role as the Project Manager of the Kaufmann House restoration, Chris has been integral to the firm's historic preservation portfolio. Chris' work includes the restoration of mid-century modern structures, by Richard Neutra, Rudolph Schindler, and Cliff May, the Santa Fe Federal Savings and Loan by E. Stewart Williams, and the Century Plaza Hotel by Minoru Yamasaki. Chris is also involved with new construction, including a residence on Maui and multiple residences in Malibu. Chris also oversees the firm's large-scale development projects, including the Cross Creek Ranch Development project in Malibu.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Carnegie-Mellon University.
Danielle manages teams on a variety of architecture projects from design concept through construction completion. Danielle began her work at Marmol Radziner on the historic preservation of Century Plaza Hotel and on commercial projects including the Cross Creek Ranch Development, the Four Seasons Resort Cayo Largo, and the Residences at Sportsmen's Lodge. After working in the Los Angeles office, Danielle has since moved to San Francisco where she manages multiple single-family residential projects in Northern California.
Danielle holds a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. Danielle is a licensed Architect in the State of California, a Member of the American Institute of Architects and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia. Danielle is also an active member of the Association for Women in Architecture and Design, based in Los Angeles.

Jack has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry, both in management and working directly as a tradesman. At Marmol Radziner for eight years, he has demonstrated the ability to work in a collaborative environment and execute complicated projects. He has been a vital part of the construction process from contract creation, management, and execution, to final project completion. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA in 2014.

Jason specializes in design-build project management with more than twenty years in architecture and construction. Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2003, Jason has contributed to the architecture, construction, and modular prefab departments. In 2013, Jason spearheaded opening the San Francisco office.
Jason's wide range of project experience includes custom and modular homes, retail, commercial, and civic buildings throughout the United States and Canada. Significant projects include restorations of iconic mid-century homes the Stuart Bailey House and Garcia House. In addition to sustainable design, Jason's interests include environmental psychology and efficient project delivery. Jason has also given various lectures and university crits on the subject of modular housing.
Jason received a Master of Architecture from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. Jason is a licensed Architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
Jon has 20 years of experience in commercial, hospitality, and residential architecture. Jon served as a Senior Project Manager before leading the Commercial Architecture Studio as Director. Jon's experience has intersected all scales of projects and is currently directing several large scale mixed use commercial, multi-family residential, and hospitality projects. Currently, Jon is the project coordinator for a private resort community including a Golf Clubhouse facility, Equestrian Center, and Farm to Table Restaurant located in Colorado.

Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2007, Lawren has managed projects from concept to completion. Lawren's responsibilities include research, design, design development, agency coordination, construction documents, bidding, value engineering, and contract administration. Lawren has worked on both community projects such as the Glendale Childcare Center and private residences such as the Trousdale residence and Jackson House, among many others.
Lawren received her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and is a licensed Architect in the State of Montana.
As Managing Partner of Marmol Radziner since the firm was founded in 1989, Leo oversees and supports the overall process of every project from inception to completion. Leo works closely with the Studio Directors and the construction teams to facilitate the smooth execution of the firm's projects.
Leo lectures widely on the topics of architecture and historic restoration. Leo has also organized numerous architectural tours that highlight the wealth of mid-century Modernist landmarks in Southern California.
Leo received his Bachelor of Architecture with a Minor in Philosophy from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California, in 1987. Leo was elevated to the prestigious College of the Fellows of the American Institute of Architects in 2007 and honored as an inductee of the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2009.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Matt has concentrated on designing single-family homes with a specialization in managing projects with hillside and challenging site conditions. Matt has overseen the design and construction of residential projects in East Hampton, New York; Cape Cod, Massachusetts; Annapolis, Maryland; Madison, Wisconsin; and Powder Mountain in Eden, Utah, among others. Additional projects include a Tadao Ando-designed residence in Malibu, where Marmol Radziner served as the Executive Architect and builder; residences in The Bahamas and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; and Beaudry, a high-rise residential tower in downtown Los Angeles. Matt was integral to the opening of our New York office in 2018.

Mike has been with Marmol Radziner since 2006. Trained as an architect, Mike also has an extensive background in construction and metal fabrication. Mike managed the structural steel fabrication for Marmol Radziner's prefab homes and played a key role in the on-site installation of each prefab project. Mike has also fabricated metal components on a number of the firm's projects. Prior to becoming the Construction Director, Mike acted as the Project Manager and Project Architect on a number of high-end residential projects, and as Studio Director, overseeing the design of the firm's development projects, as well as new residences in Beverly Hills, Santa Cruz, and on Kauai.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design and Master of Architecture from Montana State University, where he also served as a faculty member. Mike is a licensed Architect in the State of Montana.

Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2008, Monica has served at all levels of the accounting process from Billing Assistant to Accounting Manager. As Accounting Manager, Monica oversees all accounting staff and works closely with Todd Jerry, COO. Monica reviews budgets on projects, verifies invoices, monitors and maintains the firm's financial software, prepares financial documents, and provides general maintenance of the firm's financials and documentation associated with City, State and Federal authorities.

Since joining Marmol Radziner in 2011, Patrick has been integral to the design of both residential and commercial projects, including hospitality, retail, and workplace projects. Patrick's involvement in single-family residences in Southern California has informed his expertise in a growing number of multifamily developments. Patrick brings a wide range of experience from Design through Construction Administration.
Patrick holds a Master of Architecture from the Yale School of Architecture.
Patrick enjoys gardening and long distance running.

Rob has over 20 years' experience in the construction industry. His strong communication, management, and team-building skills have resulted in a variety of residential and commercial projects across Southern California. While he has been with Marmol Radziner, Rob's completed projects have included noteworthy historic restorations, new residences, and sophisticated prefab projects. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Washington State University.
As Design Partner of Marmol Radziner since the firm was founded in 1989, Ron has led the design of every project. Ron develops solutions that provide a unique architectural identity, forging strong connections between interior and exterior spaces.
Ron speaks at universities and conferences nationwide as a leader in innovative architecture, interiors, and landscape design. Ron serves on the board of directors of the Mojave Desert Land Trust, as well as the Los Angeles Advisory Board of Facing History and Ourselves.
Ron received his Master of Architecture in 1986 at the University of Colorado and his Bachelor of Science in 1984 at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, California. In 2007, he was elevated to the prestigious College of the Fellows of the American Institute of Architects. Ron was honored as an inductee of the Interior Design Hall of Fame in 2009.
Ron attempts to keep his garden in a perpetual state of managed wildness, loves hiking as far away from civilization as possible, exploring new places with his family, and dreaming of working as a stockperson at Erewhon.

As Design Principal, Stephanie works closely with Ron and Leo, along with all of the Studios within the office, to develop the conceptual and schematic design for most of our projects. Stephanie translates client dreams and programs into real, livable and beautiful spaces.
Stephanie has been with Marmol Radziner for over 25 years, including a 2-year hiatus in New Zealand with HMOA. During her tenure at the firm, Stephanie has performed at all levels of the architectural process from intern through project management for single-family residences to large multifamily projects.

As the Chief Operating Officer since 2009, Todd has been critical to the financial management and operational growth of the company.
In addition to overseeing finance, accounting, fabrication, and furniture, Todd also leads the efforts for the company's real estate development activities.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University, and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California Los Angeles.

As a Senior Project Manager, Yasi compiles bidding, creates construction schedules and budgets, negotiates contractor-related communication, and oversees the performance of subcontractors and vendors. Her strong problem-solving and communication skills ensure that each project is completed in a timely and efficient manner. At any given time, Yasi is managing multiple single-family residential construction projects throughout Los Angeles.
Yasi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Iran and Master of Public Administration from California State University, Northridge.
