LITTLE TIGERS - Key Persons
My name is Beth Kemper. I work in the Toddler Room. I earned my Master of Education, with a focus in counseling., from Ohio University Lancaster in 2013. My husband and I have two 15-year-olds, a 9-year-old, and a Portuguese Water dog whom I fondly refer to as: "my baby pie,' but his name is Arlo. We are a big sports family so when we are not at work, we run our kiddos here and there to their sporting functions. All 3 of them do basketball, my 2 sons both play football (4th grade and HS, and my 2 High Schoolers both do track.
My name is Holly Reed. I joined Little Tigers with hopes to build relationships and find unexpected learning experiences. I graduated from Pickerington North in 2018 and aspire to be a children's art therapist. I have my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from The Council for Professional Recognition. Some of my hobbies include playing the piano, painting with various medias, and exploring/exercising outside.
I have been teaching for over 25 years. I have been with Little Tigers since 2004, with most of those years as a teacher in the Kindergarten room. My background has always been in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, attending both Terra Community College and Ohio University.
I have been at Little Tigers since 2017. I love watching the children grow and learn. I am a graduate of Ohio University - Lancaster. I worked for the Pickerington Local School District for the last eight years before coming to Little Tigers. My husband Frank and I have a daughter who currently in college. We also have two cats, Maria and Denny. I enjoy reading, sewing, cross stitching, going to craft shows, traveling to Amish country, Columbus Blue Jackets, watching my daughter's orchestra concerts, and watching Hallmark movies.
I graduated from Bishop Ready HS, in Columbus OH. I moved to Pickerington in 1990. I love Pickerington except for all of the purple since Scarlet and Gray is the best. I have one brother and one sister, 2 nieces and 3 nephews. After watching my nieces and nephews I decided to pursue a career in child care. I joined the Little Tigers' team in 2017 and love being Mr. Mike!
I love riding rollercoasters at Cedar Point, watching movies and spending time with my family.
Hi, my name is Mrs. Ruth Sterba. I started in 2021 with Little Tigers in the full day preschool room. I have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA). I've lived in Pickerington for 12 years with my husband John and our 4 children: Ashley, Morigan, Bridget and John. All my kids are grown. I have 5 cats. In my free time I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, and exploring our Metro Parks. I collect fairies and crystals. I adore everything chocolate and can't survive my day without coffee.
I have worked at Little Tigers since 2017 as an educator in the school age classroom. I also work in the public school system since 2004 and I am currently working at Canal Winchester High School. I am Special Needs Paraprofessional. My hobbies are decorating, cooking, watching children and pet sitting.
I have been a teacher at Little Tigers Preschool since 2018. I help out in all the classrooms, so you'll see me throughout the school. I am from Niles, Ohio (Near Youngstown) and currently reside in Pataskala.
My husband and I have been married for 22 years. We have 2 adult sons.
I love cows, monkeys, and kitties. In my free time I love camping, fishing, bowling, and mud running.

I am the Director of Little Tigers Preschool, Inc. I am one of the original co-founders of Little Tigers in 1983, believing that the Pickerington, OH area needed a high quality educational experience for preschool children. Since then our Step Up To Quality 3 Star rating allows us to continue to offer a high quality educationly appropriate experience for young children. We have had parents who attended Little Tigers return with their children to provide them the experience they enjoyed. This effort has offered children for 40 years a high quality, developmentally appropriate educational program for generations.
Hi, my name is Gracie McClandish! I grew up in Pickerington and graduated from Central in 2019. I am a current student at The Ohio State University working on my bachelor's in Child and Youth Studies, specializing in Child Development in Education. I've been working at Little Tigers since 2021 and I love every minute of it! Outside of Little Tigers, I spend a lot of my time reading, hanging out with my friends, and taking care of my two cats!
Hi, my name is Tiffany Cooper! I grew up in Pickerington and graduated from Pickerington High School Central in 2023. I am currently enrolled at The Ohio State University and in the process of earning my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been working at Little Tigers Preschool since May of 2023 and I have enjoyed getting to spend time with my students! Outside of Little Tigers, I enjoy painting, making crafts, spending time with friends and family, and hiking through nature. I'm very excited to learn more and see where life takes me!
Hello! I am happy to be part of the Little Tigers team. I have worked with children for 20 years and in childcare for 15 years now with degrees in Early Childhood Education, and Intervention Specialist. A few years ago, I completed my masters degree in Education Administration. With this experience, I am excited to teach the children at Little Tigers so they each can be successful. When I am not working, I can be found working on promoting my children's book out in the community, working on my second book, and spending time with family. I live with my husband and a white, fluffy dog!
