I have been in the construction industry for more than 40 years. I began working for contractors during the summers as a teenager. I began contracting my own work at a young age. While studying Mechanical Engineering at Mississippi State University I continued building part time... At 21, I began working full time for a local construction company as an estimator and superintendent, before starting my own construction company in 1978.
