With experience ranging almost twenty years, Mr. Branch recognized and sought to fill a void in the insurance marketplace. Driven by technological advancements and acquisitions, insurance brokerages have tended to follow suit with most other businesses, focusing on technology, automation, and delegated organizational responsibilities in an attempt to serve as many clients as possible - however this almost always comes at the expense of providing the personalized service that their clients deserve.
