Amy graduated in 2017 from Lake Washington Institute of Technology in Kirkland, WA with her ADN. She is currently enrolled at Aspen University and is earning her BSN. Amy moved to Arizona right after graduating from nursing school. She worked for Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care in home health care and met many wonderful families. She began working for the Bogden House in May 2019 as a PRN nurse. In October 2019 she was promoted to Nurse Manager of Gable House. She describes this job as a unique, wonderful opportunity that would be difficult to replicate anywhere else. Amy loves the relationships that she has with the children, families, and Bogden family. She says that watching the progress these children make in their therapies and treatments is so rewarding. Being part of their journey is such an honor.
Amy is happily married to her husband, Jim. They have five grown daughters and 3 grandchildren, with 2 more on the way. She enjoys exploring Arizona, finding new restaurants, and spending as much time as possible with her family.

Aron was promoted to Transport Manager in 2019. Prior to his promotion, he was Nurse Manager at our Dorcas House location. Aron was first hired at The Bogden House in 2005, and in 2008 he was promoted to Nurse Manager of Lazona. Aron graduated from the School of Nursing at Baker University in 1997. After working for a nursing agency out of school, he was hired by a family to provide private duty nursing. For seven years he managed the nursing for an individual with a spinal cord injury before he began working for The Bogden House providing nursing care to children with special needs. Aron and his wife Stacey have three children.

Brittani graduated from Ameritech College of Healthcare in Draper, UT in 2017 with her ADN and quickly moved back to AZ to pursue a job as an RN. She started working as a night nurse at the Dorcas house in 2017 where she fell in love with the company and kids. While working for the company she also completed her BSN in 2018. She got promoted to the Dorcas house manager in 2019. She has a love and passion for caring for the patients. Her favorite part of the job is how close she becomes with the kids and families. She loves to see them develop as they get older,stronger and healthier. She loves to advocate for them whenever possible. Brittani is married to an amazing husband Tyler who is her greatest supporter and they have 4 amazing kids.
Don is CFO and co-owner of The Bogden House along with his wife, Betsy. He oversees business activities, including billing and insurance contracting. Don has over thirty years of experience owning and operating small businesses. Prior to working with The Bogden House, Don specialized in computer software and worked for fifteen years writing and developing software for hospitals and the medical field.

Elizabeth "Betsy" is Clinical Director as well as Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of The Bogden House along with her husband Don. Together they have run the company since 2007. Betsy has years of experience transporting the residents to doctor visits and ensures our patients receive the best care possible both inside and outside of our homes. Betsy is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner and holds a master's from Gonzaga University; she has been a practicing nurse for over thirty years with many years of experience in women's health, NICU and pediatrics.

Gwyn Morton serves as the HR Manager for the Bogden House. Prior to joining, Gwyn worked as a Manager and Health and Life Producer. She has over 20 years' experience as a customer service leader in Healthcare, Finance and Telecommunications industry. Gwyn supports the company by coordinating open enrollment plans, providing support with employee relations, performance management as well as benefit administration. She manages policy and procedure implementation, provides guidance on federal and state employment law and general human resource compliance. Her goal is to provide customer service to the employees of Bogden House while creating an engaging family (employee) environment.

Nikki received her nursing degree in 2011 from CGCC. She started working as a pediatric nurse in 2013 and fell in love with it. She started at the Bogden House in 2016 as a staff RN. She has worked as a staff RN, a RN House Manager at Dorcas House, a RN Transport Manager, and is currently our Clinical Supervisor, her favorite job so far! She loves to be able to support the house managers, their staff, and to be able to continue to have direct care with our patients.
Nikki and her husband Buddy have four sons and a new daughter-in-law and is so excited be a grandma for the first time this summer. She was born and raised in Arizona and loves any activity that involves her family.
