Gord Allan

Gord comes with a great resume with many years in the marine industry and is highly respected by his peers, as a certified marine technician. Born in Vancouver and growing up in the Gulf Islands before moving to the West Coast of Vancouver Island, Gord has been a life long boater. From commuting to school on the islands to commercial crab fishing on the West Coast his life hasbeen on the water. Through high school, Gord apprenticed at the Pioneer Boat Works under Eric Caswell, learning the old ways of repairing and building commercial fish boats. After completing highschool Gord moved to Victoria, where he completed a Marine Service Apprenticeship at Quadrant Marine Institute. Gord now co-owns Bayview Yachts Sales & Service Ltd. and heads up the service department. Gord also spends many week nights teaching at Quadrant. Still an avid boater Gord enjoys every available moment on the water with his wife and hound.

Tristian is our lead marine technician. He has been a part of the Bayview crew for over a decade and is an asset to our team. Whether it's rebuilding an engine, doing a simple oil change, or a heater install Tristian will get it done quickly and to a high standard! Tristian is also an avid boater; he enjoys adventuring local waters with his lovely wife and two daughters.

Troy Hamilton

Born and raised in a marine environment, Troy's passion for boating started at the tender age of 9 when he completed a trip from Victoria B.C. to Point Roberts W.A. in a 10ft Livingston dinghy followed closely by his parents on board their Monk 36. Today Troy, his wife Tamara and three children spend their weekends cruising the local waters of the Pacific NW. It is Troy's goal to provide his clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
