All American Mechanical is a very professional firm. I used them three times at three different properties on big jobs, and once on a small repair job. They are very honest, extremely high integrity, and very professional, know their stuff; and amazingly always the lowest cost. They installed two units (two zones) in a relatively large property (3000 sq ft) along with all the duct work, vents and return air and thermostats and did an excellent job. Years later I called them for a fully new job in another property (1400 sq ft) and it was a breeze, most recently they replaced the cooling unit after my 20 year old unit gave way. I have three quotes from two other vendors (a large wholesale warehouse and well known utility company appliance division) and All American Mechanical, they not only came out to be the lowest cost, but also the quickest to install.
