Established in 2007, Accretive Capital Partners (ACP) is a West Palm Beach based direct secondary and fund restructuring private equity manager specializing in the acquisition of direct equity stakes in middle-market private equity assets and venture portfolios through co-investment or partnership with existing investors. ACP has advised and/or managed more than $5B in portfolio and fund restructurings. AECP LP was a vintage 2008 fund with $215M that delivered MOIC of 1.9x and 19% IRR. Capital is deployed to provide liquidity to primary sponsors in addition to providing working capital for OPEX/CAPEX and to reduce debt for portfolio companies, (typically from less than 3X Debt/EBITDA). ACP strives to achieve these liquidity goals through a close alignment of interest and working relationship with primary sponsors.
