• Until 2001 he worked for UBS, first in corporate advisory, then for UBS Warburg as an equity analyst.
• Prior to that, he worked for Dresdner Bank in Stuttgart and Frankfurt/Main for 8 years. The focus of his work was on corporate treasury (money and capital market business) and equity financing for medium-sized companies.
Job Titles:

• Until 2000, together with Mr. Pätzelt, he helped to build up the Corporate Advisory division at UBS Germany.
• Prior to that, Detlef Tinzmann was head of the corporate advisory division of the German American Chamber of Commerce in New York. Here, the focus was on German-American transactions and joint ventures.
• He started his career in 1990 in the Deutsche Bank Group, initially in strategy consulting for medium-sized companies, later in medium-sized corporate banking and M&A consulting.
• Mr. Tinzmann graduated from the University of Mannheim in 1991 with a degree in business administration.
