Allison joined Trivest in 2023 and currently serves as Director of Sustainability. In this role, she leads the development and execution of sustainability strategies across the firm's operations and portfolio companies. Her work focuses on driving environmental and operational improvements, enhancing long-term value, and ensuring alignment with evolving stakeholder expectations. Based in Southern California, Allison oversees initiatives ranging from emissions reduction and resource efficiency to data collection and performance reporting. She collaborates closely with management teams to implement practical, high-impact sustainability programs while promoting a culture of sustainability throughout the organization. Allison holds a B.A. with double majors in Environmental Studies & Anthropology and a minor in Native American & Indigenous Studies, as well as a Master's in Environmental Science and Management with specializations in Corporate Environmental Management and Energy & Climate, both from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Amir is a Partner in the firm's growth/non-control investment strategies (TGIF). He joined Trivest in 2014 and is involved in the origination of investment opportunities, completing transactions, portfolio oversight and fund management. He is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee and has served as a Board Member of numerous current and historical Trivest companies including Big Truck Rental, Creative Service Partners, EPIKA Fleet Services, Jon-Don, TCDI and Turnpoint Services, among others. Prior to Trivest, Amir was with Sun Capital Partners where he spent nearly five years screening and executing middle market transactions across a wide range of industries. Amir began his career at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co., where he focused on mergers & acquisitions, refinancings and restructuring transactions. Amir received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management Sciences from Northwestern University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Amy Kothari is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management, operations, M&A, and board leadership. She has a proven track record of driving growth and expanding businesses. Today, Amy is the Executive Chairman of INTACT Property Restoration backed by West Edge Partners, a board member and advisor of a residential services business backed by Trivest Partners, and board member and advisor of a retail clothing business backed by Bertram Capital. In addition to Amy's board service, she is a founding partner of PhillySafe, a non-profit organization with a mission to reduce crime in the highest crime areas using the latest epidemiology and criminology research.
In 2002, Amy joined My Alarm Center (MAC) as CFO, and in 2004 she was appointed CEO and board member. Under her leadership, the company experienced significant growth, expanding from a "start-up" with less than $4 million in revenue to over $200 million. Amy successfully guided MAC through 19 years of acquisitions and technology enabled organic growth. Over the years, she built a highly seasoned long tenured management team reflecting investments in the development of human capital and creation of a culture based on high levels of trust, commitment, transparency, and accountability.
Amy streamlined growth and operations, including the development of a scalable technology platform supporting marketing, sales, service, and growth. Her strategic vision and strong operating skills positioned MAC to scale and optimize its growth platform, enabling the company to navigate complex and creative capital market solutions and respond effectively to shifts in the economic and competitive landscape. Her actions culminated in a late 2021 merger to create one of the largest full-service residential and commercial security companies in the U.S. serving approximately 350,000 customers. Amy stepped down as CEO following the merger and remains a member of the MAC board today.
Before joining MAC, Amy served as Executive Director at CIBC World Markets where she led debt transactions in media/telecom related industries. She also held finance positions at Comcast and Cox.
Amy received her B.A. in Business and Art History from Franklin and Marshall College and an MBA in Finance from American University. She is a member of the Kogod Advisory Council at American University and was recently appointed to the American University Board of Trustees.
Andrea joined Trivest in 2021. She is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Andrea was an Investment Banking Analyst at RBC Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. She received her B.S. in Finance from Florida International University.
Andres joined Trivest in 2020. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within TGIF, Trivest's non-control investment strategy. Prior to joining Trivest, Andres was an Associate at Comvest Partners where he spent two years providing debt and equity financing solutions to middle market businesses. Previously, he was an Analyst at Regions Bank in Leveraged Finance. He received his B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
Arturas joined Trivest in 2017. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within TGIF, Trivest's non-control investment strategy. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a CFO at Blazent, Inc. Prior to Blazent, Arturas held numerous roles, including Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Corporate Development at DEI Holdings, Inc. where he completed multiple middle market M&A transactions and led various business development initiatives. He received his B.B.A. from Kaunas University of Technology and M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Asad joined Trivest in 2022. He is responsible for analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets, and working with existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Asad was an Assistant Vice President at CDIB Capital, focused on lower middle market private equity and special situations. Prior to CDIB, he was an Associate at OMERS Private Equity in New York, where he was responsible for screening and executing private equity transactions in business services, industrials, and healthcare. Asad began his career as an Analyst in the Healthcare Groups of Credit Suisse and CIT. Asad received his B.B.A. from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ashley joined Trivest in 2023. She is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets, and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Ashley was a Senior Analyst at Access Holdings where she evaluated essential service investment opportunities and assisted portfolio companies with a range of activities, including the launch of key strategic growth initiatives. Before her time at Access, she was an Associate at Camden Partners where she sourced, evaluated, and executed transactions in the enterprise software and tech-enabled business service sectors. She earned her B.S. in Economics and M.S. in Applied Security Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she competed as a varsity women's basketball player.

Benji joined Trivest in 2024 as a Senior Associate in the Portfolio Support Group, helping to drive value creation for portfolio companies by leveraging Trivest's Path to 3x strategies. Prior to joining Trivest, Benji worked as a Portfolio Operations Senior Associate at Dorilton Capital, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic and operational improvement initiatives at existing portfolio companies. Benji earned his BS in Industrial Engineering from University of Florida.
Bob has retired from both Xerox (Global Imaging Systems) and the United State Naval Service. He has a strong business background in managing large scale financials, driving productivity and efficiency, coaching, and developing individuals, contributing to the growth and success of energetic and forward seeking organization.

Brandon joined Trivest in 2022. Prior to joining Trivest, Brandon was an Analyst at Field Holdings, a Family Office, where he was responsible for originating, evaluating, and executing lower middle-market acquisitions as well as supporting portfolio companies. Brandon previously spent two years as a Venture Capital investor based in Chicago and started his career working for his family's Wine and Spirits business, Sovereign Brands. Brandon received his B.S. in Finance from Lake Forest College.

Brian is a Partner in the firm's buyout funds with a particular emphasis on the Trivest Discovery Fund. He joined Trivest in 2013 and is involved in all aspects of the firm, including the origination of investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, portfolio oversight and firm management. Brian is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee and has served on the Board of several Trivest portfolio companies including Artifex, Canopy Services, Columbus Recycling, IDMWORKS, Lubrication Engineers, Novatech, OnePath Systems, Pelican Water Systems and Pet Resort Hospitality Group. Prior to joining Trivest, he was an executive at Pensam Capital and The Federated Companies where he completed numerous private equity transactions. Brian also previously worked at Lehman Brothers in investment banking and at General Electric as a member of the Corporate Staff on strategic initiatives across its financial services, plastics, medical systems, energy and aerospace business units. When he is not working alongside founders and their families, Brian can often be found spearfishing in the Bahamas with family and friends or passing a rugby ball. He received his B.S. in Computer Science and Finance from Boston College and M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Cameron joined Trivest in 2023. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within the Mid-Market fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Cameron was an Investment Banking Analyst at Baird in the Distribution Group. He received his B.A. concentrating in Economics from Harvard University.
Charlie joined Trivest in 2023. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within the Discovery fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Charlie was an Investment Banking Analyst with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Charlie received his B.A. in Finance and Spanish from the University of Notre Dame.

Christian joined Trivest in 2024 to lead Margin Expansion for Trivest's portfolio companies. He brings over 15 years of experience in disrupting traditional business models and creating value through innovation, strategy, and technology. Christian received an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Cristy joined Trivest in 2021 as an Associate in the Portfolio Support Group, helping to drive value creation for portfolio companies by leveraging Trivest's Path to 3x strategies. Prior to joining Trivest, Cristy worked as an Audit & Assurance Manager at Deloitte & Touche, LLP where she managed and performed financial statement audits with over $5 billion in assets, primarily in the Real Estate and Investment Management space. She earned her B.S. and M.A. in Accounting at Florida State University and is an active Certified Public Accountant. Outside of work, she loves traveling, gardening, and spending time with family.
Dan advises the firm on business development opportunities in the Western United States, with a strong focus on California businesses. Dan spent the first portion of his career as an operating executive for consumer products businesses. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer of five retail businesses, including Macy's California and Macy's West. Later in his career, he was a Partner at an investment banking firm, where he worked on buy and sell-side deals in a variety of industries. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Claremont McKenna College. He and his wife live in Marin County, outside of San Francisco. They enjoy spending time with their four children and seven grandchildren.
Dan joined Trivest in 2014. He is responsible for overseeing the financial, tax and reporting requirements of Trivest and its private limited partnerships. Prior to joining Trivest, he worked at L Catterton, a $28.0B consumer private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT. In addition, he spent two years as a senior consultant at Deloitte Tax LLP. Dan received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Fairfield University, and his M.S. in Accounting from Fairfield University.

As the Firm's General Counsel , he provides transaction structuring advice and comprehensive legal oversight to Trivest's portfolio companies and its Funds. He is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee and has served as a Chairman or Board Member of numerous Trivest companies including Big Truck Rental, TotalPower, JonDon Supplies, and Pelican Water Systems. Prior to joining Trivest, Dave was in-house M&A Counsel at Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) and practiced law in the New York office of Morgan Lewis, where he focused on representing private equity firms. Derrek joined Trivest in 2023. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within Trivest Discovery Fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Derrek was an Associate at the private equity firm Dubin Clark & Company where he executed lower-middle market buyout transactions as well as portfolio monitoring and support. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey after receiving his B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
Dwight founded his first start-up, PPR Talent Management Group (Travel Nursing), in 1996 with a $10,000 investment. Under his leadership, PPR grew organically to over $100,000,000 in annual revenue before selling a majority interest to Trivest Partners in 2016. Currently Dwight is the CEO of Hueman People Solutions. Hueman's innovative approach to talent acquisition enables private equity backed portfolio companies achieve best-in-class hiring results.
Dwight's people first approach to value creation has been recognized nationally by Gallop and the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTWI). Dwight's companies have been nationally recognized by the GPTWI 16 times and in 2013 PPR was recognized as the nation's best small or medium size business to work for in America. Furthermore, Gallup has recognized Hueman and PPR as one of the 39 most engaged workforces in the world four times.
Dwight currently serves as an active board member for Trivest backed portfolio companies. His board service has, or currently includes, PPR Talent Management Group, Turnpoint Services, Novatech, and Growth Orthopedics.
Eileen joined Trivest in 2000. She is responsible for supporting senior partners and the deal team to keep them organized. She assists with scheduling, travel, expenses, and production. Eileen holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from The University of Miami. In her time off, she likes to visit her grandson and attend college football games.

Prior to joining Trivest, he worked for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, a former portfolio company of Carousel Capital, a Charlotte-based private equity firm focused on business services, consumer services and healthcare investments. Prior to Express Oil, Frank was an Associate at Carousel Capital where he spent two years screening and executing middle market transactions across a wide range of industries in the Southeastern U.S. as well as handling portfolio company responsibilities. Prior to joining Trivest, Greg was a Vice President at Geneva Glen Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on lower middle-market investments in healthcare, business services, consumer, and industrials sectors. Prior to Geneva Glen, he was an Associate at Harbert Private Equity Partners, the private equity strategy of the Harbert family office. Prior to joining Trivest, James spent five years focused on revenue growth at Blue Ridge Partners, and before that held sales and marketing roles at national technology providers. He received his BA from Duke University.
Jamie joined Trivest in 1997 and is involved in all aspects of the firm, including the origination of investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, fundraising, portfolio oversight and firm management. In addition, Jamie leads the firm's non-control investment strategies through the Trivest Growth Investment Fund. He is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee and serves on the boards of dozens of current and past portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, Jamie worked in the Audit and Business Advisory Group of PwC, Miami. He received his B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude, from Boston College and his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jared joined Trivest in 2023. He is responsible for business development initiatives at the firm, including the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities. Based in Los Angeles, Jared manages Trivest's deal relationships in the West region. Prior to joining Trivest, he was at CriticalPoint Partners, a boutique investment bank and buy-side M&A advisory firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA where he was responsible for origination of platform and add-on investments for select private equity clients. Prior to CriticalPoint, he was with Caruso, a real estate development firm based in Los Angeles where he supported the acquisition and development efforts. Jared received his B.S. in Accounting and his MBA from Colorado State University.

John serves as an Independent Board Member and/or strategic advisor and coach to several portfolio companies including FROM, IDMWORKS, and Total Sanitation Services. He works closely with the management team, investment team, and Portfolio Support Group to drive transformative growth at each company.
Prior to joining Trivest, John was a CEO, Board Member, and/or Private Equity Operating Partner at numerous software, services, and franchising companies. The companies he has worked with span the full life cycle of growth from platform acquisition, add on acquisitions, organic growth, cost optimization, turnaround, and exit. He received his BS and MS from Purdue University.

Jorge leads the Trivest Recognition Fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Jorge spent three years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he evaluated and executed long-term, value-oriented investments in publicly traded companies for private clients. He received his B.A. in Economics from Columbia University and M.B.A., with honors, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Jorge was born and raised in Miami, where he currently lives with his wife and two kids, and you can usually find him on the mountain bike trails or road cycling on weekends.
Juan joined Trivest in 2024. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within the Mid-Market fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Juan was an Investment Banking Associate at Jefferies. He began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at HSBC after graduating magna cum laude from NYU's Stern School of Business with a B.S. in Business and Political Economy.

Justin joined Trivest in 2019. He is responsible for business development initiatives at the firm, including the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities. Based in Charlotte, Justin manages Trivest's deal relationships in the Southeast region. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a Relationship Manager at Fifth Third Bank where he was involved with sourcing, screening and executing middle market senior debt transactions. Kiki re-joined Trivest in 2021, having previously been with the firm from 2015-2019 as a Director of Business Development. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to rejoining Trivest, Kiki was an Associate at Fifth Third Securities in the Financial Sponsors investment banking group. He received his B.S. in finance and accounting information systems from Boston College.
Through Kristi's roles in various industries, she has developed a broad spectrum of capabilities including successful departmental leadership, marketing and operations. Her skills include effective hands-on implementation in portfolio companies as well as advisement in outside company consulting roles. Her positions included president of 1-800-DryClean, one of the fastest growing dry-cleaning franchise brands in the county, president of Molly Maid, the second largest maid service franchises in the country which experienced the highest dollar growth under her leadership, chief marketing officer at AM Conservation Group, the largest energy efficiency company serving utilities in the country, and chief operating officer for one of the largest multi-unit operators in the number one brand for the massage industry, Massage Envy. Kristi is a University of Michigan graduate.
Lindsey joined Trivest in 2022. She is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within TGIF, Trivest's non-control investment strategy. Prior to joining Trivest, Lindsey was an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group. She received her B.S. in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain from the University of South Carolina.
Logan joined Trivest in 2024. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within TGIF, the firm's non-control investment strategy. Prior to joining Trivest, Logan was an Investment Banking Analyst with Deloitte Corporate Finance. Logan received his B.B.A. in Finance from the College of Willaim and Mary.
Lori joined Trivest in 2019 and is responsible for business development initiatives at the firm which include the sourcing, origination and evaluation of investment opportunities. Lori operates primarily in Chicago and the American Midwest, managing Trivest's deal relationships in the region. Previously, Lori was responsible for sourcing and origination as Vice President of Pfingsten Partners; Director of Origination, Akoya Capital Partners; Principal, Richard Vander Kaay & Associates and Founder of Colwyn Capital Partners. She received her BS from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and her MA from The University of Chicago.

Mary Jane joined Trivest in 2019. Her background includes nearly two decades of experience helping families navigate the complexities and opportunities of significant wealth. Mary Jane came from SunTrust Private Wealth, where she served as Vice President and Client Advisor in Miami. In this capacity, she delivered customized solutions and provided strategic advice to ultra-high net worth families. Prior to joining Trivest, she spent over 10 years with Citigroup and HSBC where she held various roles in the Private Wealth and Corporate divisions in both Miami and New York. She also spent several years working at entrepreneurial companies in the travel and manufacturing industries. Micah joined Trivest in 2018 to lead the Portfolio Support Group. In this role, he drives value creation for Trivest's portfolio companies using the proprietary Path to 3x system. Prior to Paul, Weiss, he was an associate in the M&A group of the New York City office of Proskauer Rose LLP. Neel received his B.S.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami and J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
Obed joined Trivest in 2024. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within the Discovery Fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Obed spent two years as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs (Global Industrials Group). Obed graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business with a B.S. in Economics (Finance & Strategic Management).
Peter "Chip" Vandenberg, Jr. (1955-2023) enjoyed a 36-year career at Trivest as a Partner and later as Senior Advisor. He was a beloved member of our team and a pillar of the South Florida business community. Chip was active in a number of charitable organizations including the Orange Bowl Committee, Camillus House, American Cancer Society, the Association for Corporate Growth, and All Secure Foundation. Prior to Trivest, Chip spent 10 years with KPMG in New York and Miami. He was a certified public accountant and received his B.A. in accounting from William Paterson University.
Rachel joined Trivest in 2021 and is responsible for various accounting processes including Accounts Payable/Receivable and Bookkeeping. She's originally from Cuba, moved to the US in 2004, and graduated from Florida International University in 2020 with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Finance. During her free time, she likes to travel and spend time with family and her two loving dogs Mila (Golden Retriever) & Horus (Labrador).

Reid rejoined Trivest in 2020, having been with the firm from 2015-2018. Reza joined Trivest in 2023. At Trivest, he is responsible for business development, including the origination and evaluation of investment opportunities. Based in Toronto, Reza manages Trivest's deal relationships across Canada. Prior to joining Trivest, he spent the last 7 years working with high-growth companies as an operator at a venture-backed fintech, investor at a VC fund, and banker with SVB. Previous to that, Reza spent 6 years in Corporate & Investment Banking covering energy & natural resources, diversified industries and financial sponsors. Reza received his B.Comm in Finance from York University and is a CFA Charterholder.
Rigby joined Trivest in 2021. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Russ leads the Trivest Discovery Fund. Since joining Trivest in 2020, Stephanie has built relationships and sourced investment opportunities for Trivest in Canada. Her role has now expanded to business development across North America for Trivest's newest and largest fund, the $1.3 billion Trivest Recognition Fund. Prior to Trivest, Stephanie was a Director with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) responsible for originating and managing lending relationships with privately held middle market companies while leading a team of account managers. Stephanie holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University. She is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Toronto Chapter's Deal Source Committee and actively participates in Opus Connect, Exponent Women, and various other networking groups. She is involved with a number of charitable organizations including Gilda's Club Greater Toronto where she's been a Board Member since 2019. Outside of work Stephanie enjoys spending time at the cottage, sinking birdie putts, cheering for her favourite hockey teams and has yet to meet a dog she didn't love.
Steve is a Partner in the firm's middle market investment funds. Steve joined Trivest in 2011 and is involved in the origination of investment opportunities, completing acquisitions, portfolio oversight and fund management. He is a member of Trivest's Investment Committee and has served as a Board member of numerous current and historical Trivest companies including Thermal Concepts, PeopleShare, Envirowaste, Oil Changers, PPR, Advanced Discovery, North Star Seafood, and Wise Company. Tarek joined Trivest in 2022. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets, and monitoring of existing portfolio companies. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a Private Equity Principal for Tygon Peak Capital, where he spent 3.5 years spearheading the evaluation, diligence and execution of control buyout deals in the lower middle market, as well as actively partnering with management teams of portfolio companies to drive the value creation plans. Prior to that, Tarek was on the private equity deal teams at Silver Swan Capital, Macquarie Capital, and Goldman Sachs' Special Situations Group. He received his B.Sc. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, where he was a member of the Value Investing Program.
Tatyana joined Trivest in 2018 and is responsible for the finance, accounting, and tax reporting of Trivest's various funds. Prior to joining Trivest, she worked as an assistant manager at HIG Capital, a $44B global private equity investment firm based in Miami, FL. Tatyana has over 15 years of experience serving private equity funds, hedge funds, broker dealers and family offices. Originally from Russia, Tatyana graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University where she received her bachelor's degree in Economics with honors.
Tatyana lives in Sunny Isles Beach with her husband and two children. She loves traveling, cooking and yoga on the beach.
Tim has over 25 years of experience in M&A transaction origination/execution/financing and principal investing across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Hall Capital, Tim was Managing Director for over nine years at Gridiron Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Throughout his career in investment banking with Morgan Stanley, Bankers Trust and UBS in New York and London, Tim executed advisory and financing transactions totaling over $15 billion. At Trivest, he serves as an active board member of ASB Sports.
Tim played professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.A. in economics and played varsity football and baseball. He received his M.A. from Washington University in St. Louis and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Tim advises on and supports the firm's business development efforts throughout the Southeast. Prior to working with Trivest, he led business development at one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the Southeast for 18 years. Tim started his career in the public sector as a campaign manager for numerous statewide cabinet races, as well as an advisor to two Florida cabinet members on policy issues for state agencies overseen by the Governor and Cabinet. He received his B.S. from the University of Florida and lives in Tallahassee, FL, with his wife, two sons and daughter. Tim is an avid rucker, participating in endurance events lasting six to 24 hours, and has served on the Board for the Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranches since 2006.
Todd joined Trivest in 2008, and in 2022 he was promoted from Chief Operating Officer to Partner, Operations. Todd leads numerous activities including the management of Trivest's investor relations/fundraising activities, accounting and finance departments, robust deal marketing programs and annual initiatives including Trivest's Investor and CEO Conferences. In addition, he is responsible for identifying strategic acquisition targets, evaluating investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio company management. Todd currently serves on the Board of Directors of NuEnergen and works closely with IDMWORKS. Prior to joining Trivest, he was a member of the healthcare investment banking groups of Lehman Brothers and LEERINK Partners in New York. Outside of Trivest, he serves on the Boards of Junior Achievement of Greater Miami and the Center for Jewish Life at Beth David in Miami. He received his B.A. in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Indiana University and M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Todd Johnson joined Strategic Business Associates as a Partner in 2010. For 13 years prior, he held various positions with Global Imaging Systems, Inc., ending with Senior Vice President - Acquisitions, before and after it was acquired by Xerox. He was involved in all 80+ acquisitions made during his tenure there. Prior to Global, Todd worked as an industry consultant. Before that, Todd was a US Marine Corps Officer.
Todd Recknagel served as CEO or Operating Partner in a variety of companies including: CEO of the largest franchisor in the handyman category, Mr. Handyman International; CEO of the largest energy efficiency products supplier in the country, AM Conservation Group; Board Member & Partner in Take 5 Oil Change; and Board Member & Operating Partner and in the largest multi-unit Franchisee group of the leading brand in the massage category, Massage Envy, with over 90 units. He is also Board Member & Operating Partner in Quatrro Business Support Services and Office Pride franchising with over 145 units. Todd received his MBA in finance at the Eli Broad School at MSU. He has partnered or invested in over 75 transactions with over $350 million in gains for private equity investors.
Tony joined Trivest in 2019. In addition to co-leading the firm's Business Development team, Tony spearheads a number of strategic initiatives, such as its retained buy-side search program and independent sponsor initiative, among others. Prior to joining Trivest, Tony cofounded two technology companies. One of them, Dealnexus, was acquired by Intralinks and grew into the largest online deal sourcing network for mid-market M&A professionals in the world. Before launching Dealnexus, Tony was a Vice President of investment banking at Cross Keys Capital. He also previously worked at Siemens AG in Germany. Tony received his B.S. in Finance, as well as his M.B.A., from the University of Florida.

Troy joined Trivest in 1989 and, over his 35+ year career, led the Firm's transformation from a single-fund organization with limited differentiation to a leading investor in the Founder/Family-owned sector with four distinct Funds, multiple business units, nearly 100 employees and over $6 billion in AUM. Troy led the origination, structuring and financing of more than 50 acquisitions and exits. In addition, Troy created many of the Trivest's key differentiators such as ‘Just Say No!' and the Path to 3x and played an active role in Trivest's unique marketing programs. He received his B.B.A., magna cum laude, and M.B.A. from Stetson University.
Tucker joined Trivest in 2024. He is responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities, identification of strategic acquisition targets and monitoring of existing portfolio companies within the Recognition fund. Prior to joining Trivest, Tucker was an Investment Banking Analyst with Harris Williams. Tucker received his B.B.A. in Finance and Economics from the University of Miami.
