Aleta Stampley serves as the Managing Director of Philanthropy at Tolleson Wealth Management. The team provides strategy, analysis, and governance to families who hold philanthropic impact and community engagement as essential family values.
Prior to joining Tolleson, Aleta was the former Head of Impact in the External Affairs Division at Capital One. She joined Capital One in 2016 and led an outstanding group of CSR professionals committed to delivering on the organization's socio-economic mobility commitment in the areas of financial wellness, income generation, essential services, and racial equity across New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Greater Washington, Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma.
Aleta is the former Director of K-12 Education and Community Relations for Texas Instruments, responsible for developing and driving the overall strategy, execution, and evaluation of all K-12 Education Programs supported by Texas Instruments. She previously spent 16 years at Bank of America (BAC) as a Community Relations Senior Vice President where she managed Philanthropic, Community Development, and Associate Volunteer Programs for the 20,000+ employees in the North Texas Region.
Aleta is an active member of the Dallas community and has played a key role in the support of numerous organizations including Reading Partners, Big Thought, COMMIT, the Dallas Regional Chamber Education Advisory Board, and Teach for America. She is a 2019 graduate of both the David Rockefeller Fellows Program in NYC and University of Virginnia Executive Leadership Program. She is a former member of the North Texas Super Bowl Host Committee and was the 2008 Fund Development Chair of The Real Estate Council Foundation and 2008 chair of the Leadership Dallas Alumni Board.
In 2010, Aleta received the Leadership Dallas Distinguished Alumni Award. The award emphasizes the importance of active involvement in the Greater Dallas region and serves to encourage and provide a role model for others.
Aleta graduated from Washington University St. Louis School of Fine Art, where she majored in both Advertising Design and Illustration.

Amy Armstrong, CPA*, serves as Managing Director of Tax and Estate Planning on the Client Advisory Team for Tolleson Wealth Management. By applying a deep understanding of the complicated tax landscape, she helps to ensure the most tax-efficient outcomes possible for families.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Amy worked with a regional accounting firm focusing on tax compliance projects for large trust and estate clients. She functioned as tax consultant, developing financial planning software for use in modeling complex income and estate tax strategies to assist in both client comprehension and decision-making processes. Amy graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science and went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas School of Law.

Amy Barton, CAP®, Director, Philanthropy at Tolleson Wealth Management. In her role, Amy assists families with their giving to make an impact in the world through management of family foundations, donor-advised funds, and consulting for sophisticated philanthropic projects. She oversees onboarding and administrative services and assists with strategic leadership on department operations and growth of services. Amy works with families to be intentional about how they prepare and engage the next generation by providing opportunities to work together and integrate into the operations of their foundation.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Amy was a fund development executive with more than 10 years of experience in leading organizations to develop and implement strategies to fulfill their charitable goals. Amy is adept at cultivating and maintaining strong relationships among a variety of public and private entities and has experience in program development including strategic planning, grant making, and partnership management.
Amy received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, graduating magna cum laude. She earned the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy® (CAP®) professional designation from the Richard D. Irwin Graduate School of the American College. Amy serves as a Board Member of Bonton Farms.
Andrea Hulcy is the Chief Financial Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include managing the finance and accounting functions for its consolidated group. Andrea is a member of the CEO Council, Asset and Liability Committee, Trust Committee, and Risk Committee for the firm.
Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Andrea served as Chief Financial Officer at ID90 Travel, a venture-backed travel start-up where she managed the transition of all finance functions from the Argentina office to Dallas and established a corporate finance team, infrastructure, policies, and procedures and financial reporting from the ground up. Andrea's responsibilities also included financial planning and analysis, debt and equity financings, and the implementation of key systems including financial reporting, business intelligence, equity and customer service systems.
Andrea also served as Vice President and Controller at AMFM, Inc. prior to its acquisition by Clear Channel Communications. While at AMFM, Inc., Andrea was responsible for financial accounting, SEC reporting, information systems, tax planning, compliance, and managed a corporate office staff of 25 employees and regional controllers responsible for 125+ major market radio stations.
Andrea began her career in public accounting as an Audit Manager for KPMG and later joined American Airlines as an Accounting Manager responsible for providing corporate oversight of the AMR Corporation balance sheet and managing a staff of 10 financial analysts. Andrea holds a Master in Professional Accounting degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Andrew Puryear, CFA®, is a Portfolio Strategist and Director on the Client Advisory Team. He serves as a client advisor, working closely with clients on all investment-related matters, including coordinating portfolio allocation strategy and implementation.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Andrew spent nine years at UBS Financial Services Inc. most recently as a Senior Wealth Strategy Associate in the Private Wealth Management division. He focused on developing and implementing customized portfolios and investment solutions for high net-worth individuals and private foundations. Andrew was a Senior Private Client Associate and Officer Private Client Associate at Bernstein Global Wealth Management as well as a Marketing Representative for Senior Vice President of Investments at Prospera Financial Services.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University and a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University. He is registered as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®). In his free time, Andrew enjoys outdoor activities with his wife and their two children.

Aurora Frohock is a Senior Vice President at Tolleson Private Bank. She serves as the primary relationship manager for clients and families with complex deposit account needs. Aurora began her career with Tolleson Private Bank in 2008. Prior to joining Tolleson, Aurora was in the banking industry while completing her high school education. Brent Young, CFA, CAIA, CFP®, is a Portfolio Strategist and Director on the Client Advisory Team. He serves as a client advisor, working closely with clients on all investment-related matters, including coordinating portfolio allocation strategy and implementation.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Brent spent nearly a decade in portfolio management roles, working closely with clients to develop and manage customized, goal-based investment portfolios. Most recently he served as Senior Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Frost Bank. Previously, Brent worked at TD Ameritrade Investment Management where he helped the firm launch a new high-tech/high-touch managed portfolio business and then oversaw portfolio consulting for more than 150 TD Ameritrade Branches. Brent also worked for U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management as a portfolio manager, and at several other firms as a specialist in fixed income and private energy partnerships respectively.
Brent received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University and Masters of Business Administration from University of North Texas. He is also registered as a CFA Charterholder, CAIA Charterholder, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. He lives in Dallas with his wife and their two boys, and the four of them enjoy riding their bikes around White Rock Lake and the various connecting trail networks.

As Chief Fiduciary Officer of Private Trust for Tolleson Private Bank, Christine M. Finn, J.D., is responsible for oversight and management of Tolleson Private Trust and all its relationships. She currently serves on the Trust Committee, Trust Investment Committee, and Risk Committee.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Christine was a Legal Expert and Estate Planning Specialist for the Personal Trust Company and Private Client Group of Fidelity Investments. In this role, she provided guidance on efficient wealth transfer strategies involving thoughtful financial and estate planning, tax minimization and asset protection to high net worth clients. Christine began her career as an attorney and rose to partner in the Trust and Estates Practice at the firms of Goldfinger & Lassar and Marcum LLP, located in New York City. During her time in private practice, Christine specialized in drafting complex trust agreements, wills and other estate planning documents all aimed at family wealth transfer and legacy preservation.
Christine graduated from Binghamton University in New York with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She later received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006 and is licensed in New York and Texas.

Christopher Stout serves as Senior Director of Client Bookkeeping at Tolleson Wealth Management. He leads a team responsible for providing bookkeeping, bill pay, and financial reporting services to clients.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Christopher worked at Mid-Cities Community Church in Midland, Texas as a Controller/Director of Stewardship prior to transitioning to Tolleson Wealth Management. During his time there, he aided a growing mega-church in creating and implementing a mass church stewardship plan. Prior to working on the business side of ministry, he served as a retail branch manager at Wells Fargo Bank for multiple years, leading a team of 20 at the busiest branch in Midland.
Christopher Stout received a degree from Southwestern University, graduating in 2004 with summa cum laude honors. Originally from Lubbock, Christopher currently lives in Grapevine with his wife and two sons. He has served on the health panel for United Way, participated in leadership programs like Midland Leadership, and actively serves in his local church. He is currently participating in a training program with Next Leadership Forum, Cohort 5, sponsored by BNY Mellon/Pershing, engaging with next level wealth management leaders. Courtney Pregler is the Chief Compliance Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include oversight and management of the firm's SEC and Trust Compliance programs. Courtney also serves as Chairman of the SEC Compliance Committee, Co-Chair of the Risk Committee, and is a member of the Trust Committee.
Courtney has more than 15 years of experience focused on SEC and FINRA compliance programs. She joined Tolleson Wealth Management as a Compliance Officer in 2013 and was promoted to Compliance Manager in 2016, Compliance Director in 2020, and most recently to Chief Compliance Officer in 2024 upon the retirement of Tracie Klein, Tolleson's former Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has been an integral part of building out the firm's program focused on meeting all regulatory standards and expectations. Prior to joining Tolleson, Courtney was a Compliance Officer for Argentus Partners, where she helped manage the compliance programs for a dually registered broker deal and investment advisory firm. Additionally, Courtney was a Compliance Analyst for Dimensional Fund Advisors focused on pre-and-post trade compliance and Code of Ethics requirements.
Courtney graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in English. In her free time, Courtney enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her husband and four children.

Greg Hall, CPA*, CFP®, is Senior Managing Director of the Client Advisory Team. He oversees the day-to-day operations of client advisory services while concurrently serving as a senior advisor to client families. With more than 30 years of experience providing complex financial planning to families of wealth, Greg is active in setting the vision for Tolleson and how it delivers comprehensive family office services. He serves on the firm's Management Committee and Investment Committee.
Throughout his career, Greg has specialized in serving wealthy clients. In 1994, he joined the Dallas office of KPMG, where he was Senior Manager of the personal financial planning group. There, he offered objective investment, tax, and financial planning advice to clients who included wealthy families, business owners, and company executives.
Greg graduated cum laude from Texas Tech University, where he earned his Master of Science in Accounting with a tax concentration. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Greg is a Certified Financial Planner™ and an investment advisor representative. He also serves as an Emeritus Member of the Texas Tech Rawls Business School Advisory council assisting in mentoring students, networking with graduates, and scholarship fundraising.

Hugh Seligman is a Director on the Client Advisory Team. In this role, Hugh works closely with wealthy families to navigate all things financial. In addition to providing strategic advice, he is responsible for the coordination and delivery of customized wealth advisory services based on client goals, with an overall objective of helping clients manage, sustain, and grow wealth. Hugh is also a member of the firm's Risk Committee.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Hugh practiced law for more than seven years, primarily in the estate planning and family business space. Most recently, he was associated with Jones Walker, a large regional law firm headquartered in New Orleans, where he spent close to six years in the Tax & Estates Practice Group.
Educated in both the United Kingdom and the United States, Hugh received his B.A. from Oxford Brookes University and his J.D. from Tulane University Law School. He is currently licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana and is also a Texas-registered investment adviser representative, having successfully completed the FINRA-administered Uniform Investment Adviser Law Examination.

Jeff Dunn, CFP®, is a Managing Director on the Client Advisory Team. He serves as a senior advisor, primary contact, and coordinator for all private wealth management client services. Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management in 2015, Jeff worked as a Vice President and Private Banker for JP Morgan Private Bank and Assistant Vice President for Bernstein Private Wealth Management. Before his career in financial services, Jeff served in the United States Air Force.
Jeff earned a degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and a master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University. He is on the Investment Committee of the Dallas Childrens Advocacy Center Foundation and is active in the foster/adoption ministry through his church. Jennifer Normile, CFP®, is a Senior Vice President at Tolleson Private Bank. She works with individuals and families on a wide range of banking matters including complex credit and deposit solutions. She has more than 20 years of financial industry experience and previously led private banking efforts in the state of Texas for CIBC Bank USA and BNY Mellon. Jennifer also held senior private banking roles at Comerica and Bank of Texas.

Jennifer Kirksey serves as the Deputy Chief Operating Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management, leading two critical teams within the firm. The Client Operations team oversees client reporting, investment partnership activity, and custody, while the Client Bookkeeping team is responsible for client bill pay, bookkeeping, and cash flow statement preparation. Jennifer is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee, Trust Committee, Risk Committee, and SEC Compliance Committee.
Jennifer's career in the industry began after earning her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. She joined Tolleson Wealth Management in 2003 as a Performance Reporting analyst and has since been promoted six times to her current leadership position.
In recognition of her outstanding leadership and contributions to the industry, Jennifer was named "Women in Wealth Technology" by Family Wealth Report in 2022. This prestigious award recognizes women who are an inspiration to the industry.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jennifer is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She is actively involved with several nonprofit organizations in the Dallas area, reflecting her dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of others. In this role, John's primary responsibilities are strategic oversight and execution of the firm's technology platforms. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer for Tolleson Wealth Management's Private Wealth Management Group, developing efficiencies in operations and reporting capabilities. He serves on the firm's Executive, Risk, IT Governance and Compliance Committees.
Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, John spent two years prior at CBRE as their Senior Vice President of IT. John also has more than 20 years of experience as Chief Information Officer, including eight years as Executive Vice President, Corporate Operations and Chief Information Officer at The Staubach Company. During that time, he built a strong customer service-driven technology team and implemented a variety of core business applications to facilitate significant organizational growth. John's experience also includes six years at KPMG performing audit and consulting engagements across a variety of industries, including technology, hospitality and higher education.
John graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with degrees in accounting and computer science. John is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA*) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Josh Coury, CPA*, CFA®, is a Managing Director on the Client Advisory Team. He serves as a senior advisor, primary contact, and coordinator for all private wealth management client services. Josh provides the comprehensive financial planning and oversight process for clients by identifying, implementing, and monitoring strategies that help meet each client's investment, financial, charitable, family legacy, and wealth-transfer goals.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management in 2013, Josh served as Manager at Deloitte. He performed financial statement audits and internal control assessments of a variety of clients including public companies, private companies, investment companies and non-profits. He specialized in audits of investment companies, mainly hedge funds and private equity companies.
Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Finance from Creighton University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA*) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and serves on the Board of Directors for The Mike Steele Foundation for Communities in Schools. Josh brings more than a decade of accounting and general financial consulting experience to his position at Tolleson Wealth Management.

Prior to Aaron Wealth Advisors, Josh began his career as an analyst in the wealth management division at Morgan Stanley.
Josh Hodges received an Economics degree from DePaul University and obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2019. He serves on The Young Professionals Board of the Jeffrey Pride Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to supporting pediatric cancer research that was created in memory of his brother-in-law. Josh also serves on The Connecting Team at Watermark Community Church in Dallas. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife, Lisa, and their two sons.

In these roles, she has assisted with underwriting and loan structuring for a vast array of private banking opportunities, including aircraft and yacht financing, commercial real estate loans, investment-secured lines of credit, and primarily specializing in consumer construction and residential real estate loans. Before her career in financial services, Kayleen worked in the luxury wedding and event planning industry.

Kolby Sneathern is a Director on the Investment Team at Tolleson Wealth Management, where he serves as the Portfolio Manager of U.S. public equities. His responsibilities include management of the firm's investment portfolio and client communication of Tolleson Wealth Management's investment strategy. He also leads the firm's internal investment training and co-leads the investment research and manager due diligence process.
Kolby joined Tolleson Wealth Management in 2016 as an Investment Analyst and was promoted to Senior Analyst in 2018, Manager in 2020, and then to his current role as Director in 2024. Prior to his hire, Kolby worked as an Investment Analyst at Smith Shellnut Wilson, LLC, where he performed portfolio analysis with a specific focus on Collateralized Debt Obligations for several regional community bank clients. He was also responsible for producing research on U.S. and international equity markets along with economic and market commentary.
Kolby graduated from Mississippi College, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. Kolby lives in Jupiter, Florida, with his wife and daughter, and their golden doodle Chief.

Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Kyle was a Senior Client Strategist at BNY Mellon Wealth Management where he advised families, business owners, and non-profit organizations in the development of strategies to align with their needs. Kyle also served as a Senior Vice President at Tiedemann Advisors as well as a Vice President Private at Goldman Sachs. Before his career in financial services, Kyle worked in education both as a National Science Foundation Research Fellow and as a teacher.
Kyle earned a B.S. in Mathematics at Mississippi College, an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Alabama, and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He focused on developing and implementing customized portfolios and investment solutions for high net-worth individuals. Prior to his time at UBS, Mack was a Senior Associate at Atlantic Trust.
Mack earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is registered as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). In his free time, Mack enjoys swimming and other outdoor activities with his wife and their three children.

Prior to joining Tolleson, Marianna worked as a consultant in the Litigation and Dispute Consulting practice at FTI Consulting. In this role, she provided financial analysis and support for intellectual property disputes and securities litigation. Marianna joined Tolleson as an Analyst on the Client Advisory Team in 2010 and was promoted three times within the firm to her current role as Director.
Marianna graduated from the University of Texas in Austin, earning a bachelor's degree in finance with a minor in accounting. She is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. Marianna lives in Dallas and enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children.
Meredith Walker, PHR, is Director of Human Resources at Tolleson Wealth Management. She is responsible for leading the HR team and aligning its initiatives with organizational objectives to help ensure the workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to drive business success.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Meredith worked in recruiting and talent acquisition in the marketing and advertising industry. She joined Tolleson Wealth Management in 2013 as an HR Associate and has been promoted four times within the firm to her current role as Director. In these roles, she has managed areas such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR planning and compliance, and performance management.
Meredith graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their two children.

Michael Held, CPA*, serves as a primary client contact for wealth management services. His principal role is to identify and recommend planning strategies, specializing in income tax consulting and accounting. Michael joined the firm in 2013.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Michael served as Partner at Clifton, Larson, Allen, LLP, a top ten accounting firm. In the mid-90s, Michael co-founded and managed Henry, Held & Reilly, LLP a CPA firm providing multi-family office services. There, he provided tax, accounting and family management services to families that acquired their wealth from the technology boom, private companies that went public, senior executives with stock options or restricted stock sales and private companies that had liquidating events. Michael managed the Dallas department in addition to management of tax and accounting needs for a diverse group of entrepreneurial business clients.
Michael brings to Tolleson Wealth Management more than 35 years of public tax, accounting and general financial consulting experience. This experience is rooted in his years serving as Senior Manager with Ernst & Young, Entrepreneurial Services Group. Michael is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B.S.B. in Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Michael Wagner serves as the Managing Director of Fixed Income on the Investment Team at Tolleson Wealth Management. He oversees the in-house management of the firm's taxable and tax-exempt bond portfolios, as well as the research, due diligence, and manager selection for outside asset managers focused on the investment grade and high yield bond markets, and serves as portfolio manager of the internally created vehicles used to invest with those managers.
Prior to joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Michael was a Principal and Director of Fixed Income at a multi-family office and registered investment advisor. With more than 20 years of experience, Michael has also served as Chief Investment Officer for Cuyahoga County, Ohio, where he managed the staff and served as fiduciary, managing the public funds of that municipality. His career started at Morgan Stanley in New York as a fixed income trader.
Michael received a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. Michael is married with two children.

As Deputy Chief Technology Officer at Tolleson Wealth Management, Owen Smith, CFP®, oversees the Business Applications Team. This group is responsible for supporting the evaluation, implementation and integration of technology platforms, working collaboratively with operational leaders across the firm to identify process improvements. Owen is a member of the firm's Executive Management Committee and IT Governance Committee.
Owen started his career as one of the first summer interns at Tolleson, returning a year later to a full-time role as an Analyst on its Client Advisory Team. He spent five years advising high-net worth families and, during that time, he identified ways to improve business processes and incorporate more automation. After several process improvement projects, Owen shifted his focus from client work to advisory operational improvement projects and laid the foundation for what would become the Business Applications Team.
Owen received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas. Owen lives in the Lake Highlands neighborhood of Dallas with his wife and three children, enjoys DIY home improvement projects, and is an avid skier.

Pallavi Srivastava serves as a Director on the Investment Team at Tolleson Wealth Management. In this role, she oversees portfolio construction, third party manager selection, and ongoing portfolio management of the firm's international investments portfolio. Prior to joining Tolleson, Pallavi was a senior investment professional at View Capital Advisors, where she was responsible for investment manager research and due diligence across multiple asset classes with a focus on private equity investments. With more than 10 years of experience, Pallavi started her career at UBS where she was involved in running a covered call writing options strategy.
Pallavi received a master's in finance degree from Rochester Institute of University. She is married with two children and is a published author of a book on motherhood.

Peter Baldwin, CFP®, serves as a Director on the Investment Team at Tolleson Wealth Management. In this role, Peter directs the sourcing, diligence, implementation, and monitoring of the firm's private equity, private debt, real estate, and energy investments. He joined the firm in 2009 on the Client Advisory Team before transitioning to the Investment Team in 2012 to assist in building a private equity program. He was promoted to Manager in 2017 and then to Director in 2020.

Over the last 20 years, Peter has held various roles in the finance industry including Executive Director at Goldman Sachs & Co., Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers, and Managing Director at Deutsche Bank.

Tim Stobaugh, CFA, is a Managing Director and Portfolio Strategist on the Client Advisory Team. He serves as a client advisor, working closely with clients on all investment-related matters, including coordinating portfolio allocation strategy and implementation.
Prior to moving over to the Client Advisory Team, Tim spent seven years at Tolleson Wealth Management as Director on the Investment Team. His responsibilities included assisting with the execution of the firm's investment research process, asset allocation, manager selection/retention, and overall portfolio management. He serves on the firm's Investment Committee and Trust Investment Committee.
Before joining Tolleson Wealth Management, Tim spent nine years as a portfolio manager of equity- focused investment partnerships. In his capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of due diligence, security selection, portfolio management, risk management, and trading activities. He co-founded and was managing partner of Greenstone Value Opportunity Fund, LP, and was a portfolio manager for Crescent Special Situations Fund, LP. Prior to his investment management experience, Tim spent 11 years as an investment banker at Stonegate Securities, Inc., where he assisted public companies in raising capital through the debt and equity capital markets.
