Tetro Performance is committed to providing our clients high quality, personalized, results-oriented, and enjoyable fitness training and nutritional coaching. We cater to corporations, groups, active adults, and individuals that work in-home, in-office, or online. We have 50 years of combined health and wellness experience, happily serving clients since 2004!... I found early on that my hands have a way of listening to the body and therefore guide the direction of massage. By first determining the needs and desires of the individual we are able to work together in order to accomplish the goals. I believe that bodywork is a big part of balancing the body, mind, and soul as well as a method of preventative care. Kelly Milleken graduated from the massage therapy program at the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2009
