The founder, Susan L.State, started the Company in 1979. Susan gained a multi-dimensional approach to this industry by working with some of the larger homebuilders since the early 1970's. Some of the companies she worked for included Broadmoor Homes, Daon Corporation, and The Imperial Group. Ms. State held positions including Asst.
