Bariatric Ambulance Ramps image shows hinge arms in both positions. When arms are in up position, ambulance doors are able to close without plate removal. When down, weight is supported by ambulance, not mounting plate... Winch assembly comes completely assembled. Comes with both wire and wireless controllers and rope instead of a cable... Remove ramps, lift hinge arms up and close ambulance doors. Mounting plate need not be removed from vehicle.
