Cathy Febo, a Practice Manager and Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) with a degree from Murray State University, has been dedicated to small animal care in Pennsylvania since 2004. Joining Piper Vet in 2015 as a CVT, she transitioned to Practice Manager in 2022 while maintaining hands-on patient care. Cathy is a proud mother of two boys and shares her home with her pets. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting her sons' sports activities and participating in her community. In her free time, Cathy indulges in singing, reading, puzzles, video games, and dreams of traveling to Scotland, inspired by her favorite TV show, Outlander.

Dr. Erika Kwong graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2022 and has worked in the greater Philadelphia area since then. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and has interests in ophthalmology, preventative care, and client education. She is committed to increasing accessibility to healthcare and medical education. In her free time, she enjoys reading, playing video and board games, and spending time with her cat, Sashimi.
