Allan J. Costa

Allan is a native and resident of Plymouth and attended Plymouth-Carver High School where he graduated with the highest honors in 1977. In 1981, Allan received his B.A. with distinction from Southeastern Massachusetts University. At SMU, Allan was elected to the Board of Governors and Residence Halls Congress. He then attended Suffolk University Law School, obtaining his J.D. in 1984. Allan served three years as a Marine Corps officer stationed in Quantico, VA. In the Marine Corps, Allan served as both trial counsel and as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and was honorably discharged as a Captain in 1988. Allan is also very active in numerous civic and professional organizations and has served as President of the Plymouth District Bar Association, President of the Plymouth Sunrise Rotary Club, and Chairman of the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, to name a few. Allan has two sons, a stepson, and two grandchildren. Allan enjoys playing golf, target shooting, boating and just enjoying downtime anywhere near the water. Allan has a passion for martial arts, which he has studied since 1978. Allan holds a black belt in Shotokan karate, a black belt in Shalom Pai kung fu, and is currently studying Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

David D. Kiley

David is an associate attorney with Triffletti and Costa. He received his Bachelor of Management Science Degree from Bridgewater University. While working as a police officer/sergeant for twenty years he went to school at night and received a Graduate Degree in Criminal Justice and his Law Degree from Suffolk University. David was born in Quincy and is the youngest of his six siblings. He is the dedicated husband of Jennifer, a 3 rd grade teacher in Quincy, and father of David Jr. age 10, and daughters Devin and Ryann. David is an assistant football coach for the North Quincy Apaches football team and also Quincy Youth Baseball. David is a compassionate attorney who loves to get to know his clients and will seek to protect their children and other family members for generations. "We had experienced the loss of my wife Jennifer's dad 3 years ago and we're proud to be handed his flag after the military burial. We understand the pain associated with losing a parent as well as the financial benefit of receiving a small inheritance. Although it was just a few thousand dollars, any amount of money helps a small family such as ours live a better life." David is dedicated to a career in helping seniors in this important time in their lives.

F. Steven Triffletti

Steve was born and raised in Kingston, MA, and graduated from Kingston's Silver Lake Regional High School in 1969 where he served as Class President and President of the National Honor Society. Steven then attended Gettysburg College where he graduated summa cum laude Phi Beta Kappa in 1973 and where he also served as a student government leader and Sophomore Class President. In 1976, Steven received his J.D. from Boston College School of Law School. Steve opened his own law practice in 1977. It has grown into a well-respected law firm, now known as Triffletti & Costa, P.C. Steve is very active in civic and professional organizations.

Franklin Triffletti

Franklin was born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts, where he attended elementary and middle school. Franklin graduated high school from Gould Academy in Bethel, Maine. At Gould, Franklin played soccer, was an accomplished USSA Freestyle mogul and aerial skiing competitor and was named an all-conference baseball player by the Maine Association of Independent Schools Athletic Directors.Franklin began College at Hamilton College and transferred to Bard College to pursue his interest in film. He graduated from Bard College in New York, where he double-majored in Film and Philosophy while playing on the Mens' NCAA Tennis team. After college, Franklin coached competitive USSA mogul skiers in Telluride, Colorado. Franklin then went on to earn a Master of Fine Arts degree at the University of Iowa. When Franklin returned to Massachusetts, he worked as an adjunct professor of Digital Filmmaking at Emerson College. He was hired to produce a number of films, some of which garnered prestigious awards at film festivals both nationally and internationally. It was his work as a film producer that led Franklin to an interest in contracts and intellectual property and, thus, law school. Franklin attended Boston College Law School, where he served as President of the Sports and Entertainment Society and was involved in a number of other organizations, including The Business Law Society, The Intellectual Property and Technology Forum, and The Real Estate Law Society. Outside of the practice of law, Franklin enjoys going to the gym, skiing, golf, and many other sports.
