Phillips Plumbing is a family business serving the Bay Area since 1928. It is owned and operated by Ralph Phillips who works side-by-side with his son, Brian. This father-son team continue the family tradition of provding excellent service and quality work... Phillips Plumbing was founded by Llewelyn Phillips in 1928. During this time, El Cerrito was rapidly growing as families moved to the area. Llewelyn was working at Pullman Rails and East Bay MUD, and then saw the opportunity to provide residential plumbing services to the hundreds of new homes that were being built... Phillips Plumbing provides service and repair for all types of plumbing projects: installation and repair of water heaters, toilets, bathroom fixtures, showers and tubs, kitchen sinks, garbage disposals, laundry and more.
