Aleksandra is a CADD Technician who quickly and efficiently applies acquired knowledge to new and ongoing projects. She has expertise in writing comprehensive reports and has a strong mathematical background, including in statistical analysis. Aleksandra brings on board the experience of having drafted projects of varying sizes and complexity throughout Western Washington.

As Director of Human Resources and People Operations, Alissa is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits management, and advocating for employees. She also has a strong background in community outreach and stakeholder engagement on both local and regional design and construction projects.
As a Project Accountant with Osborn, she handles all aspects of a project financially, including the budget, billing, working closely with project managers on contract execution, as well as overall financial health and strength of the project. She has been in the industry for over 20 years, and worked on the STL Cardinals Ballpark Village project, as well as large scale multi-type residential skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, airports and DOT projects. She currently handles the WSDOT work for the Transportation Drainage team, as well as supporting the Natural Resources team, working with multiple Washington State counties.

Ann is a Senior Project Manager focused on water resources condition assessment, rehabilitation, and planning work. Her experience includes working on a variety of complex municipal storm, sewer, and water system projects. As a NASSCO-certified engineer, she has led multiple condition assessment programs and rehabilitation projects that applied both trenchless and open-cut installation methods, resulting in more resilient utility infrastructure for local cities in Washington State. Ann has worked with agencies throughout the Pacific Northwest to identify, plan, and design capital improvement projects as part of larger planning efforts, such as basin, master, and comprehensive plans.
Anna as a Project Engineer at Osborn Consulting brings on board expert experience in stream modeling, including flood risk analysis and fish passage design. She is an expert user of hydraulic and geospatial software, including HEC-RAS, ArcGIS, and SRH-2D, and welcomes the challenge of mastering even more industry tools. Anna is passionate about capturing the qualities of each unique stream system through careful field reconnaissance, later to be used in building models that most accurately represent the complexity of a natural system.
Bella is an EIT on the Water Resources team at Osborn Consulting. Bella has assisted in projects by providing repair and maintenance recommendations through CCTV footage reviews; developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates; and conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, including basin delineations, pipe conveyance capacities, and backwater analyses on programs such as WWHM and Flow Master. She also has experience in stormwater planning, including stormwater planning support for SMAP development and comprehensive stormwater plans.
Brendan is an engineer-in-training who is passionate about supporting water resource engineering at Osborn Consulting. During his senior year at the University of Portland, he worked alongside TriMet to design a pedestrian bridge for vertical loads. Since joining Osborn, Brendan has had the opportunity to work on water resource infrastructure, city infrastructure, and site development projects. He enjoys the creativity, collaboration, and real-world application present in every project that comes through the door.
Calvin is an engineer-in-training with research experience in sediment transportation and streambank erosion, as well as suspended sediment and algae bloom monitoring through LANDSAT and Sentinel satellite imagery. He has experience with various GIS programs and CADD software. His strong passion for stormwater is what drew him to the Pacific Northwest and applying his experience within our Transportation Drainage team.
Cayden is our IT Support Specialist who focuses on helping others with technical issues and working to create a more secure environment for our company.
Chang is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience with water resources engineering, including conveyance systems, green stormwater infrastructure, water quality facilities, culvert assessments, basin planning, and H&H modeling.
Cheryl is a Plan Production Manager who brings in decades of experience in plan production using MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and ProjectWise to the various disciplines at Osborn Consulting. Cheryl is a valued asset to many project teams, ensuring deliverables are thoughtfully prepared with a collaborative approach to deliver high quality and accurate packages. She has worked for clients both in the public and private sector, on projects of various sizes and types, all over the US and beyond.

Cheyenne is a Technical Service Manager and stormwater technical lead at Osborn Consulting who's worked on complex stormwater, sewer, and infrastructure improvement projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. Cheyenne has extensive experience in stormwater model analysis, conveyance sizing, flood mitigation, stream and culvert retrofitting, detention and water quality design, and waterline relocation. He's also extremely passionate about green stormwater infrastructure and low impact development. Cheyenne easily takes projects from the initial concept design through to the final plans, specifications, and cost estimate stages.
Christopher Just finished his undergrade degrees and is now working as a new project engineer. He primarily supports our Eastern Washington practice in stormwater planning and design work. Christopher excels in collaborating with others towards a common goal and understands the importance of building strong relationships as the bedrock of quality engineering solutions.
Cindy is a Landscape Architect with a rich portfolio that spans a diverse range of projects-from K-12 institutions and public parks to streetscapes and fish passage restoration endeavors. As a designer and project manager, she adeptly leads and collaborates with teams to bring about inspired and transformative outcomes. At the heart of Cindy's work is a profound dedication to ecological design that not only considers the environment but also promotes better mental health and wellbeing. Deepa leads Osborn Consulting's Transportation Drainage practice and specializes in surface water engineering and modeling. She has an excellent record of exceeding client expectations and delivering high quality outcomes. Deepa is currently the co-chair for the ASCE Seattle Section Water Resources Committee. Over the years, Deepa has worked on several design build and local agency stormwater projects. Her main areas of expertise include transportation drainage design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis, neighborhood drainage improvements, and stormwater planning. Diana is a Senior Project Biologist at Osborn Consulting with extensive experience in the environmental services sector in the Pacific Northwest. Dylan, a Washington State University graduate, specializes in water resources. Emily is a landscape designer with a strong interest in and passion for public spaces, ecological planting design, and art. Informed by a professional background in public horticulture, agricultural production, and non-profit work, Emily strives to connect people to plants through artful, accessible, and ecologically resilient public spaces. Emma is a Civil Engineering major at Gonzaga University with a concentration in water resources and environmental engineering. Erika is a Project Accounting Manager at Osborn Consulting. During Erika's time with Osborn so far, she's dipped her toes into nearly all of the administrative departments, including billing, technical writing and editing, office management, and contract administration. Erika is the point of contact for owners, prime consultants, and subconsultants through the contracting process, and she works with project managers to ensure that everything-the terms, scope, rates, and fees-work for all parties involved.

Evan is a Project Manager at Osborn Consulting. He has extensive experience in heavy civil construction and structural design. Having originally built a career in interior design back home in Mumbai where she worked on luxury residential and retail design projects, an interest in designing both indoor and outdoor spaces was what led Gauri to take a deep dive into the field of landscape architecture. Her background in interior design helps her both to explore and apply her knowledge of materiality, textures, and colors in her designs. Gauri has a keen interest in how designs affect human behavior and looks to explore this throughout her journey into landscape design. Gauri loves using different software to explore how design can be easily expressed.
Heather is a GIS Analyst at Osborn Consulting with more than a decade of GIS experience in local and state government. She has industry experience in the areas of transportation, planning, asset management, and water resources. Heather is well versed in cartography, analysis, data integration, data management, and relevant software and web technologies, including ArcGIS and QGIS. She is a certified GIS Professional (GISP), is part of Washington GIS Association (WAGISA, formally WAURISA) participates in CUGOS user groups, and is also a past board member at large for WAGISA.
Henry started his career in engineering as an intern designing drinking water and wastewater treatment for small towns in rural Idaho. Since then, he has performed stream design for Washington's culvert replacement injunction. He worked on projects as a modeler and designer, focusing on SRH-2D modeling, scour, and other aspects of fish passage in Washington. He is excited to contribute his expertise to Osborn Consulting.

At Osborn Consulting, Hue primarily supports natural resources projects, including culvert replacements and habitat restoration efforts. He enjoys collaborating with engineers and landscape architects to come up with creative design solutions.
Indu is a Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting. She manages and supports a variety of water resources projects, including stormwater retrofits, small drainage improvements, site prioritization, culvert replacements, basin planning, and H&H modeling. She regularly coordinates data inventory, condition assessment, and asset management projects for local cities. Janina is a Project Manager at Osborn Consulting. Janina's area of expertise is managing and delivering stormwater design solutions. She develops drainage, utility, grading, and erosion control plans for roadways and site development projects. In addition, she also has extensive experience in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, roadway drainage design, writing hydraulic reports, as well as in designing erosion and sediment control elements. Jason is a Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting. Jason's experience is in the design of fish passage, stream restoration, and civil design projects. She has also provided clients TMDL compliance support, including TMDL implementation plans. As Marketing Coordinator for Osborn Consulting, Jill's broad expertise provides support within a creative and collaborative marketing department. Joey is an Engineer-in-Training at Osborn Consulting. He grew up with a deep appreciation for aquatic life and loves to get his feet wet. As Principal Emerita of Osborn Consulting's Landscape Architecture and Urban Design Group (formerly Cascade Design Collaborative), she applies her expertise to projects of all scales, from schools, streetscapes, and bioretention cells to campus master plans. Kas is dedicated to enhancing public spaces, including stormwater infrastructure and educational settings, and actively engages with communities to address their needs and budgets. She is renowned for her work in sustainable design, public infrastructure, and advocating outdoor learning in schools. Katlyn is an Engineer-in-Training on Osborn Consulting's Transportation Drainage team. She recently graduated from the civil engineering program at the University of Washington, where she specialized in water resource engineering. Katlyn is passionate about stormwater management and helping ensure both the sustainability of the environment and the safety of the public.
Katrina is a Project Engineer at Osborn Consulting. She graduated from the University of California, Davis, where her senior design project was a water reuse project with an emphasis in agricultural applications in Sicily. Katrina previously worked for the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, where she aided and participated in asset management projects and risk management practices.
Kayla is a Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting with experience managing and working on a variety of projects that feed off of her passion for the environment. Projects include stream restoration, bank stabilization, sediment transport, salmon recovery, beaver dam analogues, dam breach analysis and removal, bridge and culvert replacement, floodplain mapping and analysis, and stormwater management. Kayla is also involved in project stages like environmental permitting and agency coordination and outreach. She is passionate about mentorship and founded the Osborn Consulting Mentorship Program. Kelsie leads Osborn Consulting's Alternative Delivery practice using her experience in the construction industry to effectively partner and deliver design-build projects. Landon has experience working in a range of projects from complex stormwater management systems to anaerobic digesters.
Being the second-generation daughter of Filipino immigrants has shaped Lara's views on sustainability and environmental efficacy, and the ways it impacts every aspect of our lives. She is a vocal advocate for housing rights, expanded public transportation, water and land conservation, and accessible public spaces. Lara works to uplift and amplify those that make the community vibrant and prosperous, focusing on the most marginalized communities. She believes one of the benefits of working in Spokane is being able to make direct positive impact that can be visible and prominent.
Laura is a Senior Design who brings extensive experience in CAD drafting and design and specializes in environmental engineering, natural resources, and green site development projects. Laura also has expertise in using Civil3D to develop grading models, design pipe networks, and she takes part in all aspects of plan production. She has a passion for training others on CAD and has served as an adjunct professor at Seattle University teaching civil engineering graphics and communication.
Having begun her professional career in sales and business development in the tech industry, Lauren now supports the marketing team at Osborn as a Marketing Coordinator. Liz, who leads Osborn's Landscape Architecture and Urban Design practice, designs diverse public landscapes that help communities flourish. Her projects range in scale and style, with a focus on public urban spaces, civic facilities, school campuses, and streetscapes - all well scaled, well crafted, and, most importantly, well loved. She is the project manager who oversees a large variety of planning and design projects in Western Washington focused on such areas as green stormwater infrastructure, stormwater conveyance, regional water quality, culvert replacement, and creek restoration. With a PhD in civil and environmental engineering, Maria has in-depth language and experience in groundwater flow modeling and contaminant transport, stormwater hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, runoff calculations, conveyance sizing, flow control and treatment facility design, and TESC design and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). mariap@osbornconsulting.com

Martina is a Senior Project Manager and Landscape Architect with nearly two decades of expertise. Before joining Osborn, she honed her craft in Hawai'i and the Pacific-Asia regions. Notably, she's dedicated a considerable part of her career to campus designs and master planning, actively participating in all stages of the design-to-construction continuum. With a foundational architectural education, Martina's design passion extends beyond building confines, emphasizing spaces that synergize with them. She enjoys projects that push the envelope in harmoniously blending the built, natural, and cultural realms.
Masako is a Senior Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting with more than three decades of civil engineering and drainage design experience for municipal utilities, including flood control, creek and fish passage restoration, and green stormwater infrastructure (GSI). Her experience includes stormwater infrastructure planning, CIP project development and execution, constructability review, and GSI asset management planning and operation.

As Osborn Consulting's Financial Controller, Megan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations. This includes managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and developing and implementing financial strategies. She works closely with our leadership team to ensure that the company is on track to achieve its financial goals.

Meredith grew up in Michigan, where she spent her summers exploring the beaches and forests of the Great Lakes region. She has a background in ecology and environmental education, which inspired her to design artful and dynamic landscapes that cultivate peoples' connection to nature.
Mike is a CADD Technician working out of our Spokane Office with a background in architectural drafting. Working on a variety of project types, he has enjoyed collaborating with his project teams, along with his clients, to generate accurate, detailed representations of buildings, systems, and components. Mike brings an understanding of various software packages such as Sketchup, Revit, and Lumion to the Osborn team.
As a Civil Engineer at Osborn Consulting, Mike has experience with designing stream restoration and wetland mitigation projects for public and private sector clients. For these projects, he performs hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, creates AutoCAD Civil 3D project drawings, and develops reports, project cost estimates, specifications, and permit application packages. Mike also has experience performing geomorphic assessments and providing construction phase support for stream and wetland restoration projects.
Myers is a senior at Gonzaga University studying Civil Engineering with a concentration in water resources. He has had experience analyzing alternatives to activated charcoal to sustainably filter out PCBs, PFAS, and other harmful materials from drinking water. He has also done research on BDAs (beaver dam analogs) to observe their effects on stream restoration. Outside of his studies, he enjoys taking photos, climbing, and backpacking.

Nicole is a senior civil engineer with over 25 years of experience in site civil design including grading, drainage, water, sewer, site vehicular and pedestrian circulation, site accessibility, and roadway frontage improvements. She is now focusing her efforts on being a technical resource and mentor as well as providing QA/QC reviews.

As a Marketing Assistant at Osborn, Pam has the unique opportunity to do a little bit of everything. She loves creating and she is passionate about supporting her team in any way she can, she is always looking for ways to learn and grow. Drawing from her experiences from her internship and school, she brings with her graphic design skills, practice with the Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of social media management.
Peter leads Osborn Consulting's Natural Resources practice. He works with a dynamic and talented team to design and deliver stream restoration and fish passage projects. In the course of their work, his team performs scour and bank stability analyses, floodplain assessments in FEMA Special Flood Hazard Areas, and geomorphic assessments. Preston is an engineer-in-training on the Water Resources team. His experience in site development includes urban road and utility design, stormwater management, and interdisciplinary coordination. He is excited to work on public utility improvement projects with Osborn.
Rhoda is a CADD Technician I at Osborn Consulting, with over a decade of experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D. Over her career she's worked on various projects and assisted various disciplines with design projects. Which has increased her knowledge and ability to analyze complex projects, as well as prioritize and organize work on an efficient and productive way.
As Director of Excellence and Innovation, Robert finds ways to do things better and more efficiently across Osborn Consulting's practices. He and his team solve complex issues by identifying projects that would benefit from innovation. Robert also works with practice leads on technical training needs and provides consistency in how we deliver our technical work. Robert's extensive engineering experience includes local public- and private-sector projects. Ronnie is an engineer-in-training with experience in hydraulic modeling, alternatives analysis, PS&E package creation, basin planning, conveyance system design, and industrial SWPPP writing. She works primarily on drainage projects throughout eastern and central Washington and is most interested in green stormwater infrastructure and positively impacting communities and the environment. As a member of the Student and Young Professionals group in PNCWA and serving as Networking Chair of Osborn's own Emerging Leaders Group, she is passionate about helping others grow and learn in this industry.

Simone is an engineer-in-training in our Transportation Drainage practice and a recent graduate from the University of Washington's Civil Engineering program. During her senior year, she interned with the Civil Engineering group at Seattle City Light, where she worked on drainage, SPCC, and other wet utility projects at substations and generation sites around the state.
Sophia designs and analyzes stormwater solutions for a broad range of projects throughout Washington State. She has extensive experience working on projects from site analysis and selection through modeling, design, and construction. Her design work includes stormwater BMPs and flow control, right-of-way coordination with multiple utility conflicts, site grading and layout, water distribution, erosion control, and site circulation for pedestrians and vehicles. She has supported multiple projects, which are funded through Washington State Department of Ecology and are designed according to Eastern Washington and Spokane regional stormwater design standards.

Stefany provides water resources engineering and stormwater design for transportation and habitat projects. She develops engineering solutions for a wide range of clients, including city and county agencies, state departments of transportation, and federal government agencies. She also has experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including structural, geotechnical, civil, and traffic engineers, as well as environmental scientists and landscape architects. Stefany's focus has been stormwater management design, stream restoration, fish passage design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and modeling, transportation drainage design, and watershed assessment and management. She is passionate about environmental stewardship through sustainable stormwater practices.

Stephanie is a Design Build Drainage Lead and a part of our Alternative Delivery department. Her area of expertise is optimizing and creating cost-effective stormwater solutions. She has worked on major transportation projects in the design-build arena for several years and is excited for what the future holds at Osborn.
Swapna is a project manager and a stormwater/drainage lead for roadway and site development projects. Swapna brings a breadth of experience managing both large state intersection projects as well as city capital improvement projects. She excels in project and people management, leading engineering teams, organizing and managing project goals and providing interdisciplinary collaboration to solve complex problems. She is most often appreciated by our clients for successfully meeting project schedules, code and stakeholder requirements while providing high quality deliverables.

Tom brings decades of expertise in hydraulic, hydrologic, and drainage engineering, complemented by a strong foundation in utility engineering for WSDOT projects. They are adept in hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, covering diverse areas from urban stormwater analysis to FEMA floodplain mapping and fish passage evaluations. With a track record of successful projects in the Puget Sound region, Tom's proficiency spans from conceptual design to the preparation of construction documents. Their vast experience has solidified their reputation as a trusted expert in water resources engineering.
Tony is a CADD Technician working out of our Bellevue Office with many years of industry experience in design, mapping, and drafting. He enjoys working on a challenge and Tony is well versed in Manual Drafting, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and ProjectWise.
Tony is our IT Manager who focuses on system design, automation and integration of on-premises and cloud workloads with particular proficiency in multiple programming languages.
Wes develops thoughtful communications strategies that support positive employee engagement and reinforce Osborn Consulting's values. In short, he helps tell the company's story, whatever chapter it might be. He draws on his deep experience in legal marketing and newspaper journalism.
