At nTouch we meet with prospective clients to determine if it makes sense to partner with one another. We work exclusively with companies that have a strong vision, a seasoned team of executives, and great products. We believe in placing candidates only with good companies. Our rule is "would that be a company that we would want to work for?" We take tremendous pride in helping our clients build their teams because we get lots of satisfaction from that. We view the recruiting process as a matchmaking process. We gauge our success not by placing someone, but by how well he/she performs a year, 2 or 3 years from now. Many of the candidates we hired at Brocade Communications are still there and many have received promotions... We get most of our candidates via referrals from hiring managers or candidates we have placed in the past, and strong networking.
