Ms. Nordgren has been practicing law for over thirty years, with the last twenty dedicated to advising clients on complex cross-border finance transactions in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, India, Latin America, and the Middle East. Ms. Nordgren is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan School of Law International Transactions Clinic... Prior to starting her firm in 2010, Ms. Nordgren was a legal consultant to FINCA International and to Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF). She was also the first General Counsel of Global Communities (formerly CHF International). From 1999 through 2007, Ms. Nordgren was Assistant General Counsel at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) (now the United States International Development Finance Corporation (DFC)), where she was responsible for structuring, negotiating, and closing cross-border structured finance, SME, microfinance, loan guaranty, and political risk insurance transactions worldwide.....
