Aimee received her Bachelors of Arts degree from Fordham University. She then went on to obtain her Masters of Science degree in Health Care Administration. In 2005, Aimee decided to change her career path and received an advanced certification as a paralegal. She specialized as a paralegal in the areas of workers compensation and social security disability.
After years of working as a paralegal, Aimee expanded her professional career, fueled by her passion and desire to further assist disabled claimants. In 2015, Aimee became an EDPNA (Eligible for Direct Pay Non-Attorney) allowing her to provide full representation to social security disability claimants. She has since become approved as an Accredited Disability Representative, holding her to a higher standard of representation. This distinction is obtained only after having met the stringent criteria set out in the Social Security Disability Applicants Access to Professional Representation Act of 2010 (PRA).

Brian A. Sands is Partner at Morrin & Sands, PLLC.� Mr. Sands had previously joined the Law Office of Daniel Morrin, PLLC in October, 2013.� Prior to joining, he had several other internships including, but not limited to, serving as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York for the Honorable Leonard Wexler.� Additionally, Mr. Sands worked several summers and winters as a law clerk at the law firm Sandra Sands & Associates, PLLC.
From Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg, Mr. Sands earned his Juris Doctor in December 2012.� He was a Staff Member of Touro Law Review and also made the Deans List.� He was in the accelerated studies program and was active in school activities.� He was a member of the Environmental Law Society and participated in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA).
Mr. Sands earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Binghamton University.� Moreover, Mr. Sands is a member of several professional associations such as; the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association, Nassau Lawyer Association and the Injured Workers Bar Association.
Attorney Daniel M. Morrin was born and raised in New York City, NY. After graduating from the State University of New York at New Paltz he attended Hofstra University School of Law from which he graduated in 1982. In 1983 he joined the law firm of Pasternack Popish and Reiff, which concentrated in Workers Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Mr Morrin was a partner at that firm from 1992 until 2008.
Jason A. Morrin is an Associate Attorney at Morrin & Sands, PLLC. Prior to joining, Mr. Morrin was an Associate Attorney at a New York City law firm, focusing his practice on complex commercial, employment and business dispute litigation.
Mr. Morrin received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra Law School, where he graduated cum laude and was a member of Hofstra's Law Review. Additionally, Mr. Morrin was President of Hofstra Law's Sports and Entertainment Law Society and was an active member of the Dispute Resolution Society. He has since served as a volunteer judge for dispute resolution competitions at Hofstra Law School.
Mr. Morrin earned his undergraduate degree in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University. He is a member of several professional associations such as the New York State Bar Association, the Injured Workers Bar Association, and Nassau County Bar Association.
Finally, Mr. Morrin is a Grants Committee member for Judges and Lawyers Breast Cancer Alert.

Josephine Kostick is an Associate Attorney at Morrin & Sands, PLLC. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a paralegal at a Long Island law firm, working on estate planning, real estate and workers compensation matters.
Miss Kostick holds a Juris Doctor from Touro Law School, where she served as President of the Federalist Society. She earned her undergraduate degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook University.
Raised as a military child in a Navy family, Josephine has a deep appreciation for service and discipline. Outside of her legal career, Josephine volunteers as a crisis counselor, representing a network of individuals committed to raising awareness and fostering positive changes in societal attitudes towards survivors of domestic violence and assault.
Nathalie Martelly Blagman, an associate at Morrin & Sands, has practiced in the area of Social Security Disability her entire career. She handles all aspects of these cases from inception through hearings and appeals.
