She also completed a Forensic Accounting Course from the Institute of Chartered Accountants and is currently advancing her qualifications with ACCA - Level Two. Ms./Mrs. Smith has accumulated a wealth of professional experience across various accounting roles. She began her career as a Junior Auditor at UHY Dawgen Chartered Accountants and later transitioned to roles such as Accountant/Collections Supervisor at Indies Pharma Jamaica Limited and Accountant at Poly Pet Company Limited and Unibev Limited. Mr. Kevin Alexis Donaldson holds a BSc. in Economics (Special) from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Banking and Finance (Distinction) from the Mona School of Business and Management. Mr Donaldson is an experienced senior executive with areas cover including finance, insurance, pensions and food distribution. He has held senior positions ranging form CEO to Vice President at large Jamaican conglomerates such as Sagicor, where he held the post of CEO and Executive Vice President as well as GraceKennedy Group, where he held the post of Vice President of Strategy and Planning for the Foods division in the USA. He is the founder and director of Roots Financial Group which is a holding company for several equity investments including Mother's Enterprises Limited. Mr. Donaldson is a former lecturer at the Jamaica Institute of Management and has previous board experience as a Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange, Sagicor Select Fund, Sagicor Investments and Advantage General Insurance Company. Presently, he is an Executive Director of Mother's Enterprises Limited, Novamed Properties Limited (trading as Summit Lifestyle and Business Center) and Novamed Limited. Marsha-Gaye Nelson

Marsha Gaye-Nelson brings a wealth of managerial expertise to her role as Senior General Manager - Retail Operations Manager. Throughout her career, Ms. Gaye-Nelson has held various key positions, including Supervisor of Loan Servicing at the Students Loan Bureau and roles in human resources and cultural management at Mother's Enterprises Limited and NCB Capital Markets Limited, respectively. In her current role since 2014, she oversees the operational activities of all retail outlets under four different brands, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and strategic objectives. She sets targets for key performance indicators, manages operations budgets, and maintains product quality standards across all outlets. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Board of Directors on the Finance Committee. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ms. Gaye-Nelson is involved in several community organizations, serving as a Managing Partner at HR W.A.T.C.H. Consultancy, a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Woodlands Successors Limited, and a Board Member of Padmore Early Childhood Center. She is also an active member of the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica.

Mr. Alfred Maragh

Mr. Alfred Maragh has over twenty years' experience in senior management in manufacturing operations, primarily in food processing, packaging, pharmaceuticals and industrial chemicals. His other areas of expertise include customer care, technical field services, logistics and distribution, and retail trade. Known to be structured results-oriented leader, Mr. Maragh is a data driven manager with a hands-on approach to leadership, focusing on financial perspective, people, customers, internal processes and learning resulting in top-line and bottom-line growth. He is also a very flexible, adaptable, commercially driven and open-minded strategic planner with excellent negotiation, relationship-building and team leadership skills. Mr. Maragh holds an MBA specialising in Leadership and Innovation from Edinburgh Napier University, a BSc in Biochemistry and Chemistry from the University of the West Indies, a Diploma in Human Resource Development from the former Institute of Management and Production (IMP), Customer Service certification from HEART/NSTA, among many other professional certifications. Mr. Maragh has held a number of key management and leadership positions in several well-known private sector organisations. These include businesses in Baked Goods, Beverages, Snack Foods, Pharmaceuticals, Packaging, Industrial Chemicals and Appliances. He also worked in the Civil Service. At present, Mr. Maragh is the General Manager for Factory Operations at Mother's Enterprises Limited. Initially focusing on Mother's Bakery, he has been responsible for the daily operations and growth strategy of the Bakery. He is charged with rationalising business processes to grow revenue and increase profitability. His full responsibility includes all the production operations of Mother's, Warehousing, Distribution, Quality and Purchasing. Mr. Maragh is an avid reader, woodworker, and loves Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects. He is a certified professional photographer and has won numerous awards in photography. He is also a member of the Natural History Society of Jamaica.

Mr. Clement Lawrence - Chairman

Clement James Lawrence ("Jimmy") is the Chairman of the Board of Mother's Restaurant Group. This strategic thinker and planner has a vast wealth of management experience. An alumnus of York Castle High School Jimmy is a graduate of the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus where he attained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry/Zoology. He has also pursued numerous management and leadership programmes both locally and internally. He has spent decades contributing his expertise and leadership to the development of many industries in Jamaica. This includes being General Manager at Federated Pharmaceuticals Limited, Lascelles Limited, Agricultural Chemical Limited, Lascelles Laboratories Limited and Plastic Containers Limited. He was also the Manufacturing and Operations Manager at Colgate Palmolive Limited. Aside from Mother's Restaurant Group, this marketing strategist currently sits on other boards including: JWN Foundation (Director), Spirits Pool Association Limited (Chairman), Caribbean Molasses Company (Jamaica) Limited (Chairman), Sugar Industry Authority (Chairman), Kirk-FP Limited (Director) and CariMed Group Limited. Additionally, Mr. Lawrence is the immediate past Chairman and Managing Director of J. Wray and Nephew Limited and is also the immediate past Chairman of JWN Foundation. Ravi is a private equity investor. Ravi became a director of Mother's Enterprises Limited in May 2023. Ravi retired as the CEO of Sagicor Life Inc. His prior positions included Group COO of Sagicor Financial, CIO of Sagicor Jamaica and director of the main subsidiaries in the Caribbean, USA and Central America. Ravi's experiences spans leadership roles in insurance, pensions and asset management and is a regular speaker at regional conferences on insurance and pensions. Ravi's prior pro bono service included Executive of the Caribbean Actuarial Association, Chair of the Jamaica Public Sector Pension Reform Committee, Chair of the Taskforce to Improve the Funding of Education of the University of the West Indies (UWI), Chair of the Cave Hill School of Business, UWI and member of the Cricket West Indies Risk Committee.
