Under Andrew's leadership, Berlin Packaging evolved from an initial $500,000 equity investment into a $2.6 billion enterprise and is currently the sole Hybrid Packaging Supplier of plastic, glass, and metal containers and closures in the packaging product and services industry. The company has over 40,000 available SKUs, greater than 200 packaging consultants, and more than 100 sales and warehouse locations across North America, Europe, China and South Africa. Mr. Caulk is a seasoned CEO with extensive experience building businesses and integrating acquisitions in a Private Equity environment. From 1999 through 2005 Bob was Chairman and CEO of United Industries, a $1+ Billion manufacturer and marketer of consumer lawn, garden and pet products. Its brands included Cutter, Spectracide, Vigoro, Tetra, and others. During his tenure, the company grew in revenue from $270 Million to over $1 Billion through an aggressive new product development program and a series of successful industry-consolidating acquisitions. United Industries was owned by private-equity sponsor Thomas H. Lee and was sold in 2005 to Rayovac Corporation. Prior to joining United, Bob was President of Clopay Building Products, the market-leading manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors. Immediately before Clopay, Bob was the North American President of Johnson Outdoors, the parent company for a number of market-leading recreational products businesses, including Scubapro, Old Town, Mitchell, Minn-Kota, and others. Earlier in his career he held finance, marketing, and corporate development positions at S.C.Johnson (consumer products), and DuPont (chemicals).
Bob currently serves on the Board of two MidOcean portfolio companies. He is Executive Chairman of Hunter Fan, Inc., the market leader in branded ceiling fans, and on the board of Waterpik, Inc., the largest manufacturer of water flossing devices and showerheads. In addition to the MidOcean portfolio companies, Bob is also a member of the Board of Directors of Menard, Inc., a multi-billion privately owned retailer; Maritz, Inc., a $1 billion privately owned travel, loyalty, and marketing services company, and several other corporate and non-profit boards. He previously was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bushnell Outdoor Products, a MidOcean Partners portfolio company and a global marketer of optics and other consumer products for outdoor recreational use. Bob Myers has over 30 years of leadership experience in Digital, Retail and Manufacturing, with a focus on Omni-channel Digital Strategies. Past experiences at transformational direct to consumer companies include; President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Achievement Corporation where he transformed the brand into a vertically integrated digital marketing platform by re-inventing the graduation products and services space, the CEO of Sheplers, a leading western lifestyle retailer that quickly became the industry-leading global e-commerce destination, at QVC where Bob was responsible for the start up of QVC.com from its inception (early 2000) and grew it to a $2 billion global e-commerce platform. Bob's career started at J.C.Penney where he held numerous Store, Catalog and Internet leadership positions across the company during his 15 years of service including the creation and rollout of both the Home Store Specialty Division and starting up JCP.com in 1998.

Bobby Babbrah has over 25 years of experience leading innovation, growth strategy and transformations for Education Services, Education Technology and SaaS companies ranging from $10M (private) to $8B (public) in annual revenues. In the Education sector, Bobby spent the early part of his career in pre-K12 market, followed by post-secondary education services and later in workforce education and "upskilling." Currently, Bobby is Managing Partner at Flipp.ED Ventures, which provides advisory, strategy and operating leverage to PE-backed education sector companies. Prior to that, Bobby was Chief Digital Officer at Penn Foster Education, driving employer channel growth and outcomes for 170,000 mid-skilled workers towards increased wage and career mobility. Throughout his career, Bobby has held executive leadership roles with companies such as McGraw Hill Education and Pearson Education (NYSE: PSO) and Archipelago Learning. Chris Grandpre joined MidOcean's Executive Board in 2022 as an Operating Partner. He brings 30+ years of experience both as an M&A investment banker and as the founder and CEO of a multi-branded franchise company in the consumer home services sector. His combination of experience as a deal professional and as a business owner and operator positions him to serve as an effective conduit and advisor to founders and senior leadership teams in conjunction with MidOcean.
At MidOcean, after the acquisition of Outdoor Living Brands by LYNX Franchising in 2021, Chris joined the LYNX Board of Directors and serves as Chairman. As part of this role, his assists the LYNX Franchising leadership team and the MidOcean investment professionals to identify and evaluate additional commercial services and residential home service franchise brands to acquire to further diversify the LYNX platform in alignment with the firm's investment thesis.
As an Operating Partner on the Executive Board, he is helping to coordinate the development of MidOcean's broader investment thesis across the franchise industry to identify other franchise sectors and businesses outside of LYNX that align well with the firm's investment focus on the consumer and business services sectors and that would offer transformative growth opportunities in partnership with MidOcean's financial, strategic and operating resources.
Prior to joining MidOcean in 2021, Chris served as the Chairman & CEO of Outdoor Living Brands, a company he founded in 2008. In his role, he set the strategic direction for the company, including driving organic growth and growth through acquisitions and new concept development, while fostering the company's culture of innovation and service. Outdoor Living Brands is a multi-branded franchise organization comprised of category leading outdoor lifestyle and home services brands including Archadeck Outdoor Living - a designer and builder of custom outdoor living spaces; Outdoor Lighting Perspectives - a designer and installer of exterior lighting systems accenting architectural details of homes, commercial properties and the surrounding landscapes; and Conserva Irrigation - a company providing design, installation, repair, maintenance or irrigation systems while focusing on water conservation.
Previously, Outdoor Living Brands was also the franchisor of Mosquito Squad, the first and largest outdoor pest control business and franchise in the United States. Mosquito Squad was grown from a start-up business to over 250 locations domestically and internationally and was sold to a private equity firm in 2018. Historically, Outdoor Living Brands has had over 600 franchise locations across North America along with several international markets. Prior to launching the company, Chris provided sell-side M&A advisory services to owners of privately held businesses in the middle market as a Managing Director with a boutique investment bank.

Damion Brown joined MidOcean in 2009 and is primarily responsible for managing the financial operations of MidOcean Credit Partners. Mr. Stebbins has been working with MidOcean Partners since 2006. He has spent the majority of his career with Dragoco including President of the Flavor Division, Worldwide and a member of the Executive Board of Dragoco, GmbH.
Mr. Stebbins was part of the executive team that integrated Dragoco and H&R into Symrise, the 4th largest flavor & fragrance company. He became The President of Symrise, Flavor Div. Worldwide.
Dan has been honored with numerous awards including the Erich Bruell award from FMA and IFRA and the Dr. Richard Hall award from FEMA for outstanding service to the Fragrance and Flavor Industry.

Dana Carey joined MidOcean Credit Partners in 2019 as Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for overseeing the investment activities of the firm. Mr. Carey serves as the Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee and a member of the Management Committee and Risk Committee. Prior to MidOcean Credit Partners, Mr. Carey was a Partner at Apollo Global Management in the credit business. In this role, Mr. Carey served as the Global Co-Head of the Performing Credit business, which included approximately $30 billion in assets under management across credit funds, separately managed accounts and Apollo-managed CLO's. Mr. Carey served on several investment committees at Apollo, including as Co-Chairman of the investment committee for the Global Performing Credit business. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Carey was a Partner and Co-Head of Special Situations at Stone Tower Capital, a leading alternative investment management company that was acquired by Apollo in 2012. David Kieselstein joined MidOcean in January 2018. Mr. Kieselstein provides operating support for MidOcean's platform, and serves on the board of three MidOcean portfolio companies. Prior to this role he served as Chairman of MidOcean's Executive Board.
From 2012 to 2017 Mr. Kieselstein served as CEO of Penton, a former MidOcean portfolio company and the largest privately held professional information services company in North America. After joining the company in early 2012, he was instrumental in driving the rapid transformation of Penton via both core operating improvement, new product launches and strategic acquisitions. Penton was acquired by Informa PLC in November 2016 for $1.6 billion.
Prior to leading Penton, Mr. Kieselstein served as Chief Executive Officer of TNS NA, a market research insights division of WPP. During his tenure at TNS, he executed on a full transformation of the company's operations.
From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Kieselstein led Dun & Bradstreet's Small Business Division, the company's largest and fastest growing division. While at Dun & Bradstreet, Mr. Kieselstein integrated three distinct operations into a single, customer-centric business unit, and he launched several new product suites that accelerated overall performance.

Prior to UCLA, Mr. Levine was an investment associate at Eagle Point Credit Management LLC, where he analyzed CLO equity and debt securities.
