Kate Cullen, MSW is a full time mediator who received her basic and divorce mediation training from the University of Maryland Graduate School of Social Work in 2000. She has been practicing for 24 years in the State of Maryland. Kate participated in the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution's (MCDR) assessment and certification process and became a MCDR Certified Mediator in Maryland in 2014. Kate has been facilitating for neighborhood groups, communties, and non-profit organizations for over 40 years... Kate is, also, an associate professor at Mount Saint Mary's University. She has been teaching courses she designed, Mediation:Theory and Practice and An Introduction to Conflict Resolution Methods, since 2006. Previsoly she taught at Frederick Community College and at The University of Baltimore.
