Brett Majors graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Simpson College. He has been with our team since 2007 and is currently the site general manager.
James Coggi M.D. has been with Integrated Clinical Trial Services, Inc. (ICTS) as a principal investigator (P.I.) since 2006 involving many therapeutic areas. He is board-certified in pediatric medicine and specializes in newborn, pediatric and adolescent care. He has an active private practice located right next door to ICTS with a connecting door between the two clinics. Over the years, Dr. Coggi has completed numerous adult clinical trials with vast experience within the dermatology and respiratory arena. He genuinely enjoys participating in clinical trials and appreciates being on the cutting edge of medicine and "assisting patients in advancing tomorrow's medicines today." Dr. Coggi brings valuable research experience to ICTS and provides great hands-on teaching with the whole research team. He is very knowledgeable in both adult and pediatric medicine and is a true pleasure to have working within the research industry and clinic.
Janet (Jae) is a graduate of NIACC in Mason City, Iowa with her Associates Degree in Nursing. Jae comes with several years of experience in obstetrics, gynecology, and infertility. She has worked at Mercy One Des Moines, The Iowa Clinic Ankeny, and Mercy One North Iowa in Mason City. She, along with a team of physicians, have been active in implementing new and innovative procedures in women's health. Jae has a passion for being on the cusp of research and is very excited about clinical trial research. Jae joined Integrated Clinical Trial Services in 2020, as a study research nurse.

Joe Majors co-owns ICTS and acts as the director of administration. He currently handles all regulatory issues, oversees drug administration, and provides backup for study coordinators. Mr. Majors studied Business Management at Ohio State University. Joe Majors is also the creator of "Prepared," a job search program.
Kathleen Gannon D.O., FACOI had previously been a principal investigator with Integrated Clinical Trial Services, Inc. (ICTS) from 2006 to 2011 and participated in many studies with a variety of disease processes. She left ICTS at that time to pursue a leadership role in a large multispecialty clinic system within the greater Des Moines area. Dr. Gannon did not only assist in building a busy internal medicine practice within that system but also loved teaching and mentoring medical residents over the past several years. She enjoys participating in clinical trials as she is interested in new ways to prevent, detect, and/or treat disease as well as assist patients with chronic illnesses to improve their quality of life. Dr. Gannon has a passion for the continued learning opportunities that clinical trials generate. She loves collaborating with her colleagues in the research industry and with the ICTS staff. In 2019, Dr. Gannon rejoined ICTS research clinic and the entire team is thrilled to have her back in nearly a full-time capacity.

Kristine Majors currently co-owns and oversees all aspects of operations at ICTS. She works with sponsors and contract research organizations to procure the appropriate studies with indications that match the principal investigator's preferences. Kristine has over 25 years of experience in conducting her own investigator initiated research and is published in medical journals. Over the past 17 years, she has completed clinical trials in cardiology, dermatology, family practice, internal medicine, pain management, and pediatrics. She graduated with an Associate in Applied Sciences Degree in Nursing. She obtained her bachelor's of Science degree from the College of Saint Francis and completed her Master of Science in Education at Drake University in 1997.
Rachel is a critical care paramedic registered through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and the state of Iowa. She has experience as a paramedic with emergency transports and interfacility pediatric/neonatal transports. In 2017, she joined Integrated Clinical Trial Services, Inc. as a study research coordinator. Rachel now functions as the Senior Clinical Research Nurse.
Shelby Simpson graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in research methods from Kaplan University. Shelby is a critical care paramedic registered through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and the state of Iowa. She has experience as a paramedic with emergency transports and interfacility pediatric/neonatal transports. In 2017, she joined Integrated Clinical Trial Services, Inc. as a study research coordinator. As of January, 2021, Shelby serves as the Clinical Trials Manager and oversees all aspects of clinical trials within the clinic.
