Andreas Schwarz is member of the management boards of RheinLand Versicherung AG, RheinLand Lebensversicherung AG, Credit Life AG, Credit Life N.V. and RiMaXX N.V., which are all part of the RheinLand Insurance Group located in Neuss.
Before joining RheinLand Group Andreas was responsible of different management positions at Ericsson GmbH, Düsseldorf: he began his career at Ericsson as head of legal department and later became vice president sales within the management of the market unit Germany, Benelux, Austria and Switzerland. He started his career as a lawyer at Bender, Zahn, Tigges in Düsseldorf focusing on contract-, banking- and insolvency law.
Andreas Voglis is Chief Operating Officer Corporate & Institutional Banking on the Management Committee of HSBC Germany. As Sustainability Country Lead Germany Commercial Banking, he is also responsible for the implementation of the sustainability strategy in the Commercial Banking division of HSBC Germany. Vorangegangen war eine mehrjährige Tätigkeit bei HSBC im Bereich Equity Capital Markets und M&A-Advisory sowie der Firmenkundenbetreuung.

Dominik Lehmann has more than 12 years of experience in the field of company valuations, which have been carried out for a wide variety of purposes. He regularly publishes specialist articles on the subject of company valuation. Among other things, he was a speaker for events at the Institute of Auditors in Germany (IDW).
The purposes for which Dominik Lehmann carries out company valuations are of a varied nature, e.g.:
Valuation reports (including strategic valuations) including competitive and market research and business plan analyses
Expert opinions according to IDW S 1 (including valuation services in the context of German stock corporation laws and transformation laws regarding squeeze outs as well as domination and profit and loss transfer agreements)
Fairness opinions according to IDW S 8
Valuation Reporting in connection with decision-making situations and other special topics (issues relating to the continuation of legal proceedings, valuations for special classes of shares, etc.)
Tax valuations or reporting (including saving of loss carry-forwards according to § 8c KStG in the context of transactions, proof of the advantage of certain debt rescheduling measures, etc.)
Carrying out / audit of purchase price allocations; valuation of intangible assets as well as auditing of investment valuations (HGB/Werthaltigkeitstest) and impairment tests (IFRS)
Dominik Lehmann studied economics at the Justus Liebig University Giessen and the Ruhr University Bochum.
Professor Peter Kajüter holds the Chair of International Accounting at the Westfälischen Wilhelms-Universität Münster and is Visiting Professor at the ESMT European School of Management and Technology.
Before, he held the Chair of International Accounting at the ESCP Europe Berlin and worked as a lecturer, projectmanager and head of corporate programs at the USW Schloss Gracht (1993-1999, today ESMT).
His research interests are focussed on current topics of external accounting and controlling. Professor Peter Kajüter engages actively in the transfer of knowledge between university and industrial practice by way of management seminars and participation in professional committees. Professor Peter Kajüter also is a regular lecturer at seminars and congresses.
Dr. Wolfgang Ropella was Managing Director of CDM Smith Europe GmbH, Bochum, the European holding company of CDM Smith. CDM Smith is a full-service engineering and construction firm with private and public clients worldwide. Dr. Wolfgang Ropella has a strong track record in financial and performance related restructuring projects in his roles as Managing Director of Heinrich Hecker Group, Oldenburg, and of Schreck-Mieves Group, Braunschweig.
Dr. Wolfgang Ropella held several executive positions at E. Heitkamp Group, Herne, where he also led corporate projects, such as the implementation of SAP and the acquisition and integration of Deilmann-Haniel Group into Heitkamp Group.

Lars Roßner is a partner of Buse Heberer Fromm in Düsseldorf. Before joining Buse Heberer Fromm he worked for KPMG. At KPMG Law, his last position was Head of Branch Office.
Michael provides advice in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions throughout all stages of a process. His buy-side expertise covers the upfront analysis of a target including setting up an initial tax concept for the acquisition, the execution of tax due diligence and support regarding the drafting of tax provisions in purchase agreements. He also assists in conceiving the final tax structure and supports the post-merger integration process from a tax perspective.
Furthermore, Michael provides tax advice to clients in the context of tax audits dealing with past transactions.
