An inspection will be done with the tenant before move in and after move out. Any damages beyond standard wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit. The remainder of the deposit will be refunded to the tenant... Pet fee of $250 is nonrefundable and is applied toward the cleaning and disinfecting of carpets. An additional $20 per month will be applied per pet, maximum of 2 pets.
