Bryce is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania where he studied law, geology and anthropolo gy. After graduating college he worked in a pipe fabrication shop before attending Loyola University, College of Law in Louisiana. During law school Bryce worked for the National Labor Relations Board enforcing federal laws governing union workforces. He graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Law school and in the top of his class. He was awarded outstanding student in Labor Law.
Recently, Bryce was recognized as one of the Greater New Orleans' area's 50 leading lawyers by New Orleans CityBusiness for 2010, listed in "Best of Jeff 2010" by Jefferson Life magazine in the category of "Attorney" for its 2010 Best of Jefferson Parish list, and was selected as a "Rising Star" for Louisiana by SuperLawyers publication.
As a lawyer, Bryce worked for two of the largest defense law firms in Louisiana where he represented employers on all facets of labor and employment law before opening his own firm. For years the American Bar Association has requested Bryce's assistance as a Chapter Editor for the Developing Labor Law book, the leading guide for labor lawyers with respect to the National Labor Relations Act and union activity in America. Bryce is also the past Chair of Louisiana State Bar Association's Labor and Employment Section.
Bryce resides in Jefferson Parish and sits on the Board of Directors for the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce. He is also Chair of the Jefferson Chamber Foundation and was instrumental in the creation of the Jefferson Chamber Foundation Academy, a charter school focused on providing students with an alternative educational option with career-focused studies.
