Keith Griffin built his practice representing investors-both individuals and institutional-in matters involving investment fraud, unsuitable investments, mismanagement, breach of duty and other forms of misconduct. His clients are varied in background and from across the country. Over the last 15 years, Keith participated in hundreds of securities arbitration cases and helped clients recover millions of dollars of investment losses. In addition to representing investors, the Griffin Firm also provides counsel and advice to Registered Investment Advisors and Firms in compliance, regulatory and enforcement matters. Keith Griffin is a member of the Indiana State Bar, the American Bar Association and the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA). He has spoken at numerous seminars and continuing education conferences on securities-related issues. He began his legal career as an Enforcement Attorney with the Indiana Securities Division of the Indiana Secretary of State's office before going into private practice.
