George McIntosh, Inc. is a closely held Michigan Corporation that provides traditional General Contracting Services, as well as Construction Management Services when requested. Since our founding in 1959, George McIntosh, Inc. has always been a customer oriented, quality focused contractor. We do a very limited amount of new construction. Instead we have decided to focus on fast multiphase renovation projects that require concern, commitment and coordination by all the participating team members. George McIntosh, Inc. continues to self perform a significant amount of work with our own forces which has allowed us to improve performance and control quality.
