Get Hunted was founded by Ida Brynildsen, a true Scandinavian; she was born in Norway and has lived in Oslo, Stockholm and Copenhagen. Today, she divides her time between Gothenburg in Sweden and Alicante, Spain... Get Hunted was established in Stockholm in 2009, sparked by a vision to make executive search-quality candidates accessible to all companies, without the necessity of investing in a full, expensive executive search process. Our solution was to focus on the "candidate sourcing" aspect, allowing our clients to take over the selection process at an earlier stage than traditional... Our client, a Swedish investment company, asked our assistance with finding a female diversity candidate to head the board of one of their American portfolio companies.
