Fore River Ventures ("FRV") was formed by Rob McMenimon and Trevor Childs for the purpose of acquiring, operating and growing small to mid-sized businesses in the New England area... Rob and Trevor understand the concerns of privately held and family-owned businesses because they've been there themselves. They work closely with an owner to design a flexible acquisition structure that provides immediate liquidity, maintains the reputation of the enterprise and offers continuity for employees and customers. They bring the required combination of capital and managerial expertise to ensure the continued success of the company. FRV is particularly interested in acquiring companies from owners considering retirement or reducing their involvement in day-to-day operations of the company.
