Jennifer Chesnokov joined Foley Design Associates in 2013 as a project manager. During her time with the firm, she became a licensed architect. Jennifer has worked on a wide range of projects that make up the Foley Design portfolio. Her experience includes hotels, movie studios, single family custom homes, multi-family communities, senior living communities, renovation and new construction of both residential and commercial architecture.
As an Senior Associate, Jennifer participates in all aspects of a project from conception through construction. Responsibilities include recognizing and meeting owner's expectations through design and communication as well as coordination of all team members from preliminary design through construction documentation and into construction administration. Jennifer is versed in Photoshop, Autodesk-Autocad, Revit, Lumion, Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bluebeam.
Michael Goodwin joined Foley Design Associates in 2005 as an Intern. While with the firm, he has been a Project Manager and currently holds the position of Senior Associate. His experience includes architectural design of multi-family communities, senior living communities, independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, skilled care facilities, office buildings, and movie studios. He is versed in both new construction and renovation of existing facilities including market rate projects, along with DCA and HUD funded Tax Credit Projects.
As a Senior Associate, Michael participates in all aspects of a project from conception through completed construction. He has extensive knowledge in Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic software. His responsibilities include conceptual and design development, drawing production management, quality control and construction administration. He is also responsible for the coordination and communication with the various team disciplines, project ownership, and contractors.

- Director of Land Planning
Taylor Pounds joined Foley Design initially in 2016 and became Director of the Land Planning and Landscape Architecture Studio in early 2021. During his time, Taylor has worked on a wide range of project types in all regions of the United States and several international locations and include large-scale master planning of mixed-use developments, film studio and media campuses, continuous care retirement communities, and public sector projects . Prior to Foley Design, Taylor accumulated seven years of experience in the civil and site design discipline.
As Director of the Land Planning and Landscape Architecture Studio, Taylor Pounds leads and participates in projects beginning at feasibility and concept planning through land entitlements, and into design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Taylor is an advocate of the design process, a multi-step method that establishes and identifies opportunities and constraints leading to fundamentally sound designs while maximizing potential.
