Abby is responsible for Falcon's communications as well as supporting all aspects of the investment process. Abby previously worked for a private equity firm and holds a degree in Business Administration from Washington & Lee University.
Andy Krusen is CEO of DFG, a family office that oversees investments in private equity, natural resources, and real estate. Krusen is chairman of Florida Capital Group, a Florida bank holding company, and serves as a director Canada Fluorspar (TSX: CFI), an industrial minerals company, Lucas Energy (NYSE MKT: LEI), an independent oil and gas company, Beall's Department Stores, and PlanSource Holdings. Krusen graduated from Princeton University with an AB in Geology. Krusen is a member of the World President's Organization (WPO) and the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF). He is a past Chairman of Tampa's Museum of Science and Industry.
Cynthia Lawrence is the Director of Tax at DFG, where she advises on tax matters and manages reporting for various private partnerships and trusts. Lawrence graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Accounting.
Doug Jones is CFO of DFG, which he joined in 1997. Jones oversees all financial and operational aspects of DFG's activities, encompassing more than 70 investment partnerships and trusts. Jones also serves as an officer of Falcon Affiliates, Gulf Standard Energy Company, and a number of other entities. Jones joined the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) in 1986 as a National Bank Examiner and later worked for Florida Savings Bank and Florida Progress (now ProgressEnergy) in the Finance and Treasury departments. Jones graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Finance. He is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and holds the Certified Cash Manager (CCM) designation.
James Rose is a Senior Advisor where he focuses on strategic firm growth and new deal activities. Rose retired from Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2016 where he was Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Commitments. In this capacity, Rose was responsible for the capital markets transaction approval process for the Global Banking and Markets division and served as Chair or Co-Chair on all global debt and equity commitment committees with transaction volume exceeding $100 billion annually. He lead a team with professionals in New York, London, and Hong Kong. Previously, Rose was head of Leveraged Acquisition Finance and Co-Head of High Yield Capital Markets at Bank of America Securities.
He graduated from the Darden School of Business where he received the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence and from the McIntire School of Commerce, with distinction, at the University of Virginia.

Joseph Benevento is a Managing Director with Falcon Affiliates. He has over 15 years of combined experience across private equity, public investing, credit underwriting, and investment banking.
Prior to Falcon, Benevento led direct investment efforts, focusing on both private and public opportunities, for a private family investment office. He began his career at Goldman Sachs working in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance and in Merchant Banking, Principal Investment Area (PIA). He has previously worked in lower middle market and growth private equity where he helped execute platform investments and add-on acquisitions in family-owned or founder/management-led businesses with revenues up to $100 million. Benevento has also been involved with significant mergers and acquisitions, corporate financings/underwritings, and investment portfolio companies ranging in value from $500 million to over $5 billion. He has extensive investment and portfolio operating company experience across industrial, manufacturing, distribution, consumer, retail, and business services sectors.
Benevento holds a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Keith Irvine identifies and executes portfolio company value-creation initiatives. During his career in Investment Banking and Private Equity, Irvine has completed over 30 transactions with total value over $15 billion. Irvine also has more than a decade of corporate board experience during which he developed and executed strategic plans and advanced investor interests. Mr. Irvine graduated with highest honors from the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics.

Mark House is Managing Director and Director of Strategic Projects with The Beck Group, one of the country's largest commercial contractors and architecture firms. At Beck, he has led the Integrated Services Division, Human Resources, the Florida Division, and Strategic Project group. House holds a Florida Class "A" General Contractor's license as well as an engineering degree specializing in aerospace engineering. A 1980 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, House served for more than five years on active duty. He is a Master Parachutist and a U.
Sandy Boothby retired from JP Morgan as a Vice-Chairman of the Investment Banking Department after a 30+ year career with the Firm. Focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets, Boothby advised senior management and Boards of Directors of industrial, consumer products and pharmaceutical companies on corporate strategy as well as debt and equity issuance. He graduated from Princeton University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Will Krusen is President of Falcon Affiliates, where he manages Falcon's investment process as well as the Firm's involvement with portfolio companies. His background includes investing in private companies and partnerships, corporate strategy, general management, and corporate finance and M&A. He has worked on financings and acquisitions ranging in size from $10 million to greater than $1billion.
Prior to founding Falcon, Krusen was a Managing Director with Raymond James Financial (NYSE:RJF) in the Proprietary Capital department reporting to and working with the CEO and CFO. Prior to Raymond James, Krusen worked for Catterton Partners, a leading private equity firm, and began his career as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank in New York.
Krusen holds an AB in Economics from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard University. He is active with the Young President's Organization (YPO), the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), the Princeton Alumni Association, and is a trustee of the Boys & Girls Clubs and St. Christopher's School, both in Richmond.
