A veteran of the real estate industry for 20 years, Anne knows what it takes to get the job done. She entered real estate after graduating from the University of California, San Diego where she earned a Biochemistry degree with a minor in Art. She worked in residential real estate sales in San Diego with an emphasis on investment properties, specializing in apartment conversions. After a brief stint in marketing for an aerospace engineering firm, she moved to the Bay Area where she took a position as a senior sales representative with a prominent new homebuilder. After selling more than 300 homes in Redwood Shores, she decided to branch off on her own. As broker and owner of Equus Realty for 14 years, she has established herself as a permanent fixture within the real estate community of the mid-Peninsula.
Anne's approach to making the sale begins with her client relationships. She puts customer service first and is always there for her clients. As the broker, she has the ability to make on-the-spot decisions and facilitate any change needed for a successful transaction. Her extreme attention to detail, contractual expertise and skillful negotiating skills all contribute to a positive buying or selling experience. Tina holds master degrees in both accountancy and communication. Prior to real estate, she enjoyed her career as a consultant with KPMG advisory. Her hobbies are playing piano, gardening, and reading. She also served as treasurer with National Association of Asian American Professionals, San Francisco chapter.
