Joanne Barnes is the President of EST. She has over 30 years of experience managing federal and corporate clients. Since 2002, she has provided corporate oversight management of federal and private contracts with revenues of over $80 million dollars. During her career, she has served in senior management and positions for corporations as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Corporate Affairs. Mrs. Barnes has served as Project Director on numerous federal contracts for agencies, including the Departments of Health and Human Services, Defense, Commerce, Agriculture, Treasury, the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the U.S. Coast Guard. In the corporate sector she has worked with clients such as ABT Associates, Urban Institutes, Lockheed Martin, SAIC, MACRO International, Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and many others.
