T.H. graduated from MIT with a Sc.D. in Composite Materials, and a M.S. in Aeronautics & Astronautics; a B.S. in ME from Taiwan. He has published over 30 papers and was invited as guest speaker by numerous professional societies, such as SAMPE, ASME, and SME.
As Managing Director of Devonshire Holdings, Dr. Tsiang advised international aircraft leasing JV development and lease financing in China and Ireland. He lead the effort to acquire the regional GA business assets of Raytheon Aircraft. He was a Principal Partner of Mayflower Development Group, joining with equity partners, to acquire niche industrial businesses for value-added integration and consolidation.
At Goodrich Aerostructures, T.H. identified the high performing Chinese Suppliers and also established a wholly-owned composite OEM facility at Tianjin, China. He led the efforts to transfer programs from US to China for cost management. T.H. launched a business jet JV, Sino Swearingen Aircraft Co. at San Antonio, TX, working closely with FAA Office and managing 160 suppliers. Ten years later the company became the first new company to successfully certify a new jet in past 40 years after Learjet. As SVP of Taiwan Aerospace Corp, he led a Taiwanese consortium team to pursue the assets acquisition and joint production with British Aerospace AVRO Regional Aircraft Group. He also involved in the acquisition of Air ASIA aircraft MRO company in Taiwan.
A MIT educated leading aeronautics and composites expert. Background includes operations, lean production, FAA certification, supply chain management and new joint venture business in the aircraft industry. Have made key contributions developing aircraft, rockets, spacecraft, sporting and medical composite products.
After nearly two decades as a research analyst and portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch, UBS, and SG Cowen, Mr. Dealy formed a private limited partnership to provide capital funding and advisory services for growth stage companies.
He has also performed significant roles in operating and turn-around management.
He holds a BA from Connecticut College in History and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University.

Robert Rosenberg joined Devonshire in 2013 as Advisor after a most distinguished legal career specialized in insolvency and corporate reorganization. He was the Global Co-Head of the Insolvency Practice Group at Latham & Watkins from 1985 to 2008 and Partner until his retirement in 2012.
He has published several books and numerous articles and was recognized as "One of the world's 20 leading insolvency lawyers in Euromoney's Best of the Best". He is now engaged in mediations and fiduciary services for public and private enterprises. He has a BA from Columbia and a JD from Harvard University.
Mr. Arata is a Managing Director of Devonshire, oversees Devonshire's New Orleans office and is responsible for due diligence activities and the development of financial models and operating pro formas. Mr. Arata has also helped to design and develop sophisticated Financial Modeling software that automates much of the process of building financials for startup companies or business expansions.
Mr. Arata is a graduate of Our Lady of Holy Cross College and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Finance and Accounting School, and is an expert in government accounting and auditing.

Mr. Nolan founded Devonshire in 1989, after a successful career in corporate finance, capital markets and restructuring. Devonshire has helped many companies with advisory services, including restructurings, turnarounds, buyouts and corporate finance throughout the USA, Canada, Europe and Asia. He has held senior positions at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., S. G. Warburg & Co. and has served as a Director, Chairman, CEO and CFO of numerous operating companies as part of a turnaround and restructuring process, including Oreck Corp. in 2013 and Egenix, Inc. in 2014 & 2015. He is the author of The Wealth of Enterprises: A New Foundation for Economics & Management, published in 2008. Mr. Nolan holds a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
As President of Devonshire Holdings, Mr. Nolan has assembled a team of financial experts and operating managers capable of handling complex M&A transactions, financings and restructurings. We are skilled in structuring deals to achieve a successful closing. For aircraft leasing, our team includes experts with specific experience in the aircraft leasing industry, including law, management, M&A, operations, valuation and deal management. Our team has detailed knowledge of the Target based on years of employment, analysis and association.
