Doug Soltis

Doug has been in the packaging industry since 1992, giving him over 25 years of experience as a Packaging Specialist. He trained under Northwestern Mutual, 3M, and Mead. Since 2006, Doug has been solving your packaging puzzle through DasPac. As an independent systems integrator, DasPac provides unbiased professional service in the rapidly changing packaging/automation industry. Doug has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance from The University of Florida. After graduating in 1985 he began working in sales & marketing in the finance world. In 1992, Scott Thomas with Cryovac, introduced him to the packaging world, where he has spent over 20 years marketing robotics, packaging automation equipment, and specialty packaging films.

Manju Heineman

Manju has worked at DasPac since 2015, training as a Packaging Specialist. She has vast experience as a teacher, buyer's agent and customer service agent. She speaks 3 languages and currently serves as the Office Manager, overseeing office systems, marketing, and finance.
