I have been responsible for setting up CSPL 2 decades ago. I have also been instrumental in providing strategic inputs to client organizations during their various development initiatives. I have had the opportunity to identify and place senior level executives in leadership positions in the BFSI segment.

I have 3 decades of experience in Recruitment in the BFSI sector. I have extensive experience in developing & managing strategic relationships. I have helped client organizations in their initiatives by providing critical inputs during salary benchmarking and organizational development exercises. I have successfully advised clients in the Information Technology & Hospitality sector in Senior Management positions.
