Anna Ó Cuill is Chief Financial Officer with Clear Financial. Anna is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Diploma in Professional Accounting from University College Dublin and a Bachelor of Commerce from National University of Ireland Galway. Anna has over 20 years' experience as an accountant in financial services and in general practice with exposure to a broad spectrum of industries.

Caroline Treanor is a Qualified Financial Advisor with a Diploma in Retirement Planning (RPA) and a Diploma in Compliance (LCOI). With over 12 years' experience in the Financial Services industry. Caroline is skilled in financial services, life assurance, pensions, savings, investments, compliance, customer service, and underwriting.
Since joining Clear Financial in 2012, Caroline has moved steadily up the ranks, and was appointed New Business Manager in 2018. A native of Dublin, Caroline began her career in financial services with 123.ie in 2006 and in 2008 moved to Aviva Life & Pensions where she worked in the area of Group Risk Underwriting and Group Risk Scheme Administration. Following over four years in Group Risk, she left to take up a position as Sales Support Executive with Clear Financial.
Caroline assists in the delivery of Clear Financial's commitment to excellent services to both our advisors and clients. She manages the sales support team in delivery of all aspects of client administration involving pensions, investments, savings and protection products and in assisting with the compliance function across the sales and new business areas. In 2019, she was awarded Team Leader of the Year at the annual Brokers Ireland awards.

Ciaran joined Clear Financial in June 2015 as Head of Sales and Operations. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly in terms of both the number of staff and annual turnover. He was appointed as Director in 2017.
Ciaran started his career with Hibernian Insurance in 1980. In 1983 he took up a position with Shield Life (now Zurich). Over the next 30 years he gained vast industry experience working within all distribution channels.
From 2006 to his departure in 2012 he was responsible for the growth and development of the Zurich Life Direct Sales Division. Having recently gained experience of working in the broker market, Ciaran has become increasingly aware of the service levels required to be successful in our industry and is determined to provide these in a professional and competent manner within Clear Financial.
Ciaran is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and holds a Professional Diploma in People Management.
Denise holds a QFA, RPA APA (in General Insurance) and has experience in life and insurance administration. Denise joined the team in February 2022 with over 15 years' experience.
Denise has vast experience in customer relations. In her role as Sales Support Executive for Clear Financial she assists sales staff in processing new business applications and has the responsibility of managing existing client policies.
In her spare time Denise can be found spending time with her family.
Elaine is a QFA FLIA with a Professional Diploma in both Pensions and Mortgages. She also has a Certificate in Psychology and Diploma in Sociology from NUI Maynooth and is currently studying towards an Honours Degree in Psychology in Maynooth. She worked as a Senior Financial Adviser for 25 years with New Ireland Assurance Co. and joined Clear Financial as part of the Sales Support Team in 2020.
Elaine has vast experience in managing client portfolios and advising on Wealth Management, life assurance, investment, savings and pre and post Retirement. She has extensive knowledge of all aspects of the Life Insurance industry, including underwriting and compliance and for 11 years she specialised in and managed the Public Sector Defined Benefit Pension Schemes. She has also spent time mentoring new agents in the field of identifying and sourcing new business opportunities as well as client relationship management, administration and portfolio building.
In her spare time Elaine can be found travelling the countryside raising much needed funds for many different charities on her motorbike.
Leighann is a QFA. RPA and a qualified account technician who joined Clear Financial Sales Support team in March 2018.
Leighann assists sales staff in processing new business applications and has the responsibility of managing existing client policies. Leighann has gained detailed product knowledge since joining our team and will continue to be a valued member.

Michael is a qualified financial advisor with over 20 years' experience in providing financial advice to corporate, SME and individual clients. He began his career in financial services with Abbey Life and following ten years as Senior Financial Consultant with Zurich Life, he left to establish Clear Financial as an Investment and Insurance Intermediary in 2002.
In 2005 Michael began to expand the business by building an expert team of Qualified Financial Advisors providing protection, pensions and investment advice across a diverse range of product providers in the Irish market.
Our founder Michael Bradley QFA, who enjoyed a long and successful career with Abbey Life and Zurich, was keen to offer more choice to clients and so he founded Clear Financial in 2002.
