Making decisions can be tough. Who do I listen to when something needs to change? How do I find the courage to follow my heart? How do I know my wisdom voice from the self-critic? I've wrestled with these questions and many more... I've always been a seeker. As a child, every wish I made on the night's first star or annual birthday candles was "I wish one day I'll be happy." Finally, I am! Even in those moments when I'm not, I've developed the habit of being grateful for the gifts or learning opportunities those times bring. I'm grateful I am able to feel, and grateful for the experience of being alive... Perhaps you have a sense that you could be doing more, as I often do. Seems I am always longing for something more, or at least something different. Sometimes it's hard to hear what is calling me. That's when writing helps. Seeing my thoughts on paper often reveals a wisdom beyond my judging mind. On paper things seem clearer than when they roll around in my head like billiard..
