Active in multiple community organizations and coaching youth sports in Williamsburg, entrepreneur, mother of 4 children, and I love all things Chicago. Go Cubs!!
Mechanical and Plumbing Masters License over 33 years in HVAC industry. Owned and operated my own plumbing, heating & air conditioning corporation until 2010. Retired volunteer fireman (33 plus years). Fire Fighter I & II instructor (10 plus years). Served as Director of Physical Facilities for Northwest Iowa Community College (10 Plus years). Retired Military over 24 years of service with 2 combat tours. Married for 33 plus years, to my lovely wife Juanita. Our kids are all out of the house and doing well. Thankful to be in Iowa city near our grandchildren!

I have over 30 years of customer service experience, with 16 years being in a family owned business. For me, customer service is treating customers the same way I'd hope to be treated, giving every call my undivided attention and respect. I have two adult children and 3 amazing grandkids who are the true joy in my life.

Married to Carolyn for 40 plus years, 3 married children, with 9 grandchildren. Thankful for working with my brother Bill, for over 45 years, all the customer relationships and friendships developed through the years, and all the great memories that this opportunity has afforded me!
