From the hectare vineyard, with its 2560 vines, we produce 40 tons of Chianti Classico, 20 tons of IGT and 20 tons of red table wine. Our 495 olive trees yield from minimum of 300 litres to a maximum of 800 litres of extra-virgin olive oil.
