With over 15 years of experience in multiple concentrations across the national facilities management industry, Brian has developed management and subject matter expertise in construction, special projects, HVAC-R, repair and maintenance, employee development, and operations management. Brian has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and is a former Division 1 athlete who brings strong leadership and diverse experience to W Services Group. In his current role as Director, Cleaning Services he puts his expertise to action in management of the continued growth and development of our Cleaning Services team members and processes. He also plays a valued role on our Senior Leadership Team. Outside of work, Brian is found coaching and cheering on his three children in basketball, football and cheerleading, He enjoys his beach time and is a die-hard New York Jets and Knicks fan.

Carolynn Koller

Carolynn holds a bachelor's degree in communications and has been in the facility management field for 10 years. She has a passion for the details and for technology so since joining W Services Group in 2016, Carolynn has created a position for herself working alongside executive leadership in creating and managing our technology department. She plays an integral role by overseeing our work order management system, the helpdesk team, and our training program. In addition to those direct efforts, Carolynn also collaborates with our IT partners to introduce new software optimizations that support the company's commitment to continual improvement. These optimizations contribute to increased efficiency and to more impactful and value-added solutions for our employees and clients. In her free time, Carolynn spends quality time with her husband and two daughters. She is also on the board of her family's nonprofit, ACE Family Foundation. The foundation's mission is to assist families on Long Island who are facing tough times due to a life-threatening illness or other hardship. In the summer you can find her out on the water enjoying a variety of boating activities.

Debra Gross

Debra brings more than 15 years of extensive public and private accounting experience in a variety of industries. Prior to joining W Services Group Debra served as controller for a private equity firm in Manhattan. Debra is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York and holds a Bachelor's degree in economics. In her role as Controller, she maintains an environment of support for all internal and external partners while maximizing return on financial assets. Debra enjoys an active lifestyle, traveling, and spending time her family and puppy Pepper.

Donna Regan

Donna discovered the world of facilities management almost twenty years ago and has made a career of it since. During her time in the industry, she has effectively held various positions both on the client and the contractor side and has successfully run several programs like snow removal, trade services, and the ever-important compliance program. Donna has been the recipient of "Employee of the Month," "Client Achievement," and "Raving Fan" awards. In her current role as Director Client Experience, she is responsible for proactively ensuring that every facet of our clients' experience with our company and our services continually exceeds expectations. She supports organic growth initiatives by overseeing the client asset assessment process and personnel. In addition, her collaboration and insights on service and program improvements are invaluable to our client development teams. When Donna is not serving our clients, she can be found enjoying the great outdoors through camping or spending time at the beach.

Erica Andersen

Erica is a highly accomplished individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, specializing in Marketing and Operational Management. She has further augmented her academic achievements by obtaining an MBA degree. She began her marketing career in the legal and accounting industry before getting her start in facilities services as the Marketing Manager at W Services Group. Through Erica's fast learning pace, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what drives the face of the ‘W' Brand, she is now leading our creative team as Director Marketing. In her current position, she is responsible for creation and implementation of the company's branding, engagement, and marketing strategies that will continue to propel the ‘W' brand across all employee, business partner, and client platforms. On a more personal note, Erica immensely enjoys travel, being active, and spending time in the outdoors- especially the beach!

Joe has been a lifelong resident of Orange County, CA and began his career in the facilities industry 32 years ago as a janitorial technician while achieving his Bachelor's degree of Business Administration. Joe advanced his career from there to General Manager, expanded into business development as Vice President of Sales and then onto Business Operations as a Senior Vice President managing all aspects of facilities maintenance. In Joe's current position as Director Field Operations, he excels in navigating all the unique aspects of business and people management in the state of California and mentors other field managers and small business owners to achieve greater results and success in their endeavors. Outside of work Joe's interests lie in classic car collecting, sports, and bowling where he has bowled two perfect three hundred games. He enjoys both national and international travel and is proud to have been in all 50 U.S. states and many other countries. When not traveling, Joe can be found enjoying time with his family, friends, and his faithful canine companions.

From there he continued to add to his facilities expertise by managing national retail facility services for the last ten years including his current position as Director Field Operations. He is among the elite group to have received a "Raving Fan" award. Paul is a natural team leader who elevates the skills and knowledge of any teams that he manages. He admits to being highly addicted to golf, but the highest priority on Paul's list is creating memories with his wife and two daughters.

In his time outside of work, Rob enjoys playing competitive darts, and spending time with his family.

In addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, Tiffany has earned certifications through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). She has also furthered her education and expertise through New York State course completion in Mold and Asbestos training. Tiffany is a former Division 1 and 2 athlete who brings her strong leadership and teamwork skills to W Services Group and is a valued asset to our Senior Leadership team. She is an avid reader enjoying titles such as "A Song of Ice and Fire" and "Harry Potter" series. She loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and their family dog.
