Yost Performance Products, Inc. and the Yost Power Tube was originally founded by Robert (Bob) Yost. "This all came about when I bought a Harley. I wasn't happy with the carburetor. So, I bought a performance carburetor and I still wasn't happy" Bob was always into improving performance and increasing speed. His father's lawnmower was constantly being "tweaked". Bob designed, manufactured and marketed his products; the Yost Power Tube. He started out of his garage and after only 1 year, he started his own shop. His first shop was based in Coon Rapids, MN. With the thought of expansion and the need for space in mind, he relocated to Milaca, MN. Yost Performance Products, Inc. now supplies over 1000 dealers and distributors throughout the world. Bob continues to research and improve his products on a regular basis. New products are coming out on a regular basis. The company currently holds five (5) patents and is continually expanding.
