WBCM provided engineering and associated services for the development of the Sagamore Spirit Distillery Campus. The campus is comprised of three buildings, a water tower, a plaza, a grassed beach with terraced seating, and parking to accommodate staff and visitors. The buildings house the distillery; the visitor's center; whiskey cutting, filtering, barreling, bottling, and retail operations; a tasting room; and a restaurant. The buildings are showcased with an interwoven pedestrian path. WBCM provided design and equipment selection for grain handling, fermentation, cold filtering, cutting, barreling, and bottling and the associated structural steel for all equipment supports and access platforms and the process utility systems...
