Eric Billimoria

Eric Billimoria is a Financial Advisor and Vice President at WealthCare Advisors, LLC. He helps individuals and families live their dream by providing integrated financial planning and investment strategies for every stage of life. Recently, Eric was named one of the top advisors in the United States on the Investopedia 100 list of the most influential advisors for 2019 and again in 2021. The awards recognize financial advisors who use their media platforms to promote and amplify financial education and improve the practice of financial planning. In 2015, Eric was named Investment News' 40 under 40 top advisors. Eric earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Financial Planning Association of Illinois as the Director of Finance and volunteers at the American Cancer Society.

Prior to forming WealthCare Advisors, Bill was a senior planner at Summit Wealth Management for almost a decade. Twenty-two years before that, he served as the owner and president of Billimoria Wealth Management. Additionally, Bill was a management consultant for 10 years - first with Ernst & Young and later with A.T. Kearney, Inc. Bill earned an M.B.A. in finance from the University of Chicago, as well as a bachelor's and master's degree in industrial engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Personal Finance Specialist (PFS) and a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®). His broad work experience and diverse educational background enable him to utilize a total, problem-solving approach to his clients' finances. Bill has authored a book on retirement planning and several newspaper and magazine articles surrounding the topic of financial planning and has been a guest on multiple personal finance-related radio shows. Bill is the former president of the Greater O'Hare Chapter of the International Association for Financial Planning (now known as the Financial Planning Association or FPA).
