Air Company "VALAN INTERNATIONAL CARGO CHARTER" LTD was founded in the 1990 and at this moment it operates a fleet of aircraft composed of 6 Mi-8 MTV-1 helicopters... We specialize in air carriage of cargo and service personnel of corporate customers on MI-8 MTV-1 aircraft in compliance with the requirements of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova based on the requirements of ICAO and the JAA (JOINT AVIATION AUTHORITIES)... Our aviation standards are adjusted in accordance with JAA European Standards as much as possible for Russian and Ukrainian origin aircraft. Our Air Company has successfully passed several aviation audits conducted by international organizations, as we provide air services at standards most comprehensible to our customers.
